It’s been over a month and I still can’t log into the app because of network connectivity error. I’ve deleted and downloaded a bunch of times. Attempting to use your website and it’s asking me to change my password for an account that isn’t even 6 months old. To change password I need to provide FULL social security number and ALL my identity information. NOT HAPPENING. Tried to call to check account balance and I need to enter my full social security?! NOT HAPPENING. I just want to check my account without having to drive and enter a branch. Fix this.vlugard

Nearly every update screws my ability to access my account online. I can’t make my payment, and Launch deactivates my credit card. Because their customer service hours are limited, I always have to go the branch office to resolve.SA-fl

The new update is much better, except for 1 area they went backwards on. The pending stuff, you can No longer expand it and see the info. Just says pending and the $$ amount. Not a fan of this at all. Easy coding to fix😤JJ Da GymRat
