Face ID Doesn’t work properly
New visuals look a lot cleaner and more modern but the Face ID settings do not work even if enabled, app constantly asks you to sign back in upon Re-opening (on the previous version it worked 50% of the time, at least..)cupofjoe99
Failure to include and maintain the link feature within the Financial Tools area
I have had numerous requests to member service to address an issue regarding the link that feature under Financial Tools which provide means of linking outside accounts. I have been told that it’s being addressed. However, its been over a week and its remains unresolved. I am so dissatisfied that this has not been corrected.

I’d like to start by saying the app is functional it’s just a bit clunky. For users who have Face ID the option does not come up every time and will force you to manually type in your password. If you have a secure password this is a problem because it takes too long. Another thing is in terms of user interface the app can feel a bit outdated it behaves almost like a web browser through an app. And my biggest gripe is the lack of Apple Pay support. Please these things are fixable I love the service but these are important issues that can and should be resolved it would mean the world if the developers of the app could fix them. Other than that it works great I don’t want to just say purely negative things but I believe the criticism is fair.Nikolai Milanov

The status and viewing options appear to work as expected but i could not get a check deposited via the iphone x (capture image) despite trying various backgrounds and lighting adjustments, camera would not trigger. this feature worked on an earlier version. this unreliability and the fact the LFCU debit cards do not support apple pay (pay by instant message) leaves this institutions app unreliable and inconvenient for ios users.DrMemory99
Enjoying the App
I never have any issues with the Launch App. It is very easy to follow. Its quicker than calling one of the branches, because (business is very good) which means it takes longer to get a person on the line.

Balance section ok, bill pay poor.
The balance portion is ok but do not like the new bill pay. I think it took 10 steps back. Use to be if I was paying utilities and some other companies, it would processed the next day. Now it is taking a week for them to send the money. For companies where a check does have to be issued, I use to be able to write the invoice number in the remark section. That is no longer an option.double T14
Secure & keeping their word
I’m grateful to Launch for giving me the same stellar experience that bank catering to a bigger financial consumer would receive from any other bank. They’ve kept their word and recovered fraud money for me too. My only complaint and reasons for not giving five stars is on off days or outside of business hours is they’ve appeared to purposefully made it extremely difficult to find a way to contact a live representative and if you for instance have dire need for a plethora of legitimate reasons then you’re all but left to solve it yourself. Which worse case scenario could theoretically present problems.CB Ian A

I am absolutely thrilled with the new Launch Credit Union app. Within seconds, I can easily navigate to my checking, savings, credit card, and loan accounts. Transferring funds, making payments, and scanning in checks can not be easier. I especially love the option to make the most recent transactions appear at the top of the ledger so I don’t have to scroll down several pages. ‘Way to go, software engineers!JAinsley
