  • New 3.0.22 version cannot locate storage facility.

    Really? Just because you updated one has to locate, add update access information in App that’s been working for 5 years? Hint, one cannot add storage facility that you’ve owned for well over a decade if it’s not in the list. Cannot locate it via town search nor address. Makes the App useless!

  • NEW UPDATE!

    Finally a new update! Looks so much better. Very simple, clean and easy to use. Had no problem using the auto open feature! Hoping they come out with more updates like this!

  • Doesn’t work!

    The ability for customers to use this app for gate access is one of the reasons I chose the gate system I did. It doesn’t work! No one can tell me why. We’ve tried on several devices and codes and it always says access denied. Very disappointing.

  • Can’t use Auto Open

    It won’t allow me to activate Auto Open even though I granted permission to always have my location.

  • Works half the time

    First of all, there should be no reason this app needs to track me “137 times in 3 days” yes that is an actual notification I got from my iPhone. Only on good days this app wants to work when I’m 3 feet from the keypad entry it just loads and loads and never grants me access.

    Hello! If you prefer not to keep your location always on, please feel free to disable the auto-open feature.   • Won’t even load

    I’ve downloaded the app, launched the app, it stalls out when trying to locate a facility, closed the app, repeated previous steps, same issue. Restarted phone, deactivated location share, launched app, same results. 1.9 stars, not sure where the .9 came from, because this is useless.

  • Don’t waste your time

    I have been trying to use this app for months and it refuses to accept my access code. I have triple checked the code is correct (it always works on the gate, never the app)
  • App charge by storage facility

    I have two units at the Sandusky storage facility and recently it changed owners and I am being charged five dollars for use of the app times two. so for both units I’m paying five dollars each to have this app that they’re collecting the five dollars how is that legal?

  • Auto open

    Disabled auto open feature so I wouldn’t have to have my location always tracked. Now it won’t won’t work even though my location is set to “allow while using”

  • Privacy Overreaching

    There is no way that my location needs to be shared with this app always. It used to be setup to accept location while using app. There is no reason for my location to be required outside of when I’m using the app. Please revert back to your previous setup.
