App doesn’t work
I have reviewed all of my settings and changed them all. The app still says access denied when I am at my storage facility.SouthKingWest

Don’t bother downloading this. It never works. The developer hasn’t updated it in 2 years. Save your sanity and do it manually. Deleting the app. Not worth the space it takes in my phone!DinaMLB

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this app. I installed it very easily, and it opened the gate on the first attempt. You do have to be a bit close to the gate pad for it to open, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the app.

Location on always- Bluetooth on- everything is correct- I pull up to gates- if recognizes the point of entry I am at and when I hit open- it says access denied. No matter what myself or the staff so- regardless of gate/ door. Useless.Kcescapee

I was told about this app whenI signed up for our storage facility. I was looking forward to using it since I have an RV and not getting out to enter my pin code would be great. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. All the settings are correct. It recognizes my phone when I’m at the keypad. I keep getting access denied. The code is correct, the same as what I enter when I get out and enter it manually. The facility management doesn’t know what to do. I have read other reviews before mine and this appears to be a problem. What are you doing to fix it? If it can’t be corrected, then it shouldn’t be available on the App Store.Show lessRunner220
