Auto open broken now
Location services always on should not be required to use auto open. Auto open should be smart enough to understand if location services are set to only when app is in use. It should still allow auto open once I open the app. even if you ignore the privacy implications requiring location always on is a resource hog that is absolutely unneeded for the vast majority of your users.Show lessGipraw

Every single time you open the app, it has a big prompt wanting you to turn location services to always allow. There’s no need to give them this permission. You shouldn’t have to see this prompt every time you open the app. Please fix this!!!! The app sometimes works to open the gate, but not always.Show lessBManC

This is something the property manager can adjust, enabling better communication between your device and the keypad at greater distances. As if the last update, this app now wants Location always available, even when the app is not active. Absolutely no reason this app needs this level of privacy related information. Turn that off or get deleted.
Your response does not justify the invasion of privacy. When close I open the app, the auto open should just work then. No need at all for your app to monitor 100% of the time. Not only is it an invasion of privacy, it wastes battery power. Remove this requirement.Show lessDoug Bellevue

Why does the location settings have to be always on and not only when using the app? There is no need to be able to track users locations at all times.C-man2003
