No longer usable
The app used to work well. Since the update it only works if you select Always Use in the location settings. It used to work well if used on Only While Using App location settings. I don’t give any app permission to track me if I’m not using it. If not corrected I’ll delete the app.Old cars 61

Hi! If you prefer not to keep your location always on, please feel free to disable the auto-open feature. By doing so, you can set Storage Genie to access your location only when it's in use. Entered all 3 of my units at storage facility 8020 Blackwood NJ.
Keep getting no accessible keyboard nearby.
Also not able to access payment data and unable to select Automatically Open Gates -the select button is grayed out.
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro max with latest iOS update. Tried turning off/on Bluetooth with no luck either. Asked manager to check this out as well and they have not been able to get an answer either.Show lessJoe Wells USA

The only way I can get the app to function is to turn Bluetooth off, then back on again while sitting at the keypad. Otherwise, when I drive up to the keypad the app does not recognize the system. Nice concept but useless in practice.Spoiledbeyondbelief
