  • Why does the picture of my license keep disappearing!

    I’ve taken a photo and added it to this app two different times. Each time The photo it remains available for a few hours and then it disappears. All of my account information including my profile picture is still there, except there’s no longer a picture of my license.I want to like this app but it makes it impossible because I can’t trust it. I thought it would be particularly useful when you have to show both proof of Covid vaccine and your ID when you go to a sporting event. But I need to be able to trust that it’s going to open properly when I use it, and right now I can’t say that I do.

  • Passport NFC Doesn’t Work

    Reached out to app developer asking why the Passport scanning does not work on the iPhone 13 Pro Max and never heard back. No troubleshooting information available at app developers website. Frustrating to sit and try to get this to work when you can’t move past this step. I tried my entire families US passports. They all have the epassport insignia. Doesn’t work. Great idea though, wanted it to work.

  • ID Verification?

    Not sure why the developers are using the heavy handed push for a selfie to “verify” that the ID provided by me is actually me? I mean, couldn’t I swap pics on the ID to begin with? Under what authority were you planning on verifying my ID anyways?Besides, with us switching over to a National Identification System like the good people in China have been provided to them by their government, I’m sure we’ll soon learn that the COVID vaccine mandates went over so well that one of their forward thinkers decided, “why not mandate a implantable microchip next? Heck, if they accepted the COVID shot so easily we can certainly pull off convincing them that’s a good idea 😂.
    Forgive my lack of trust but please understand we’re living under a government who’s forcing us to submit to a national ID with absolutely no benefit to the people which is sketchy already given this is the same group of intellects who purchased antivirus from a country that they’ve told us is the enemy all our lives, and then complained that this software they purchased from their enemy may have been used to spy on them.
    Not the group I’d like responsible for safeguarding all my info and certainly can’t trust an app maker in a different country to do it either.
    I’ll stick with the unverified ID but thank you.

  • Security?

    The app looks great, very user-friendly.However, littl concerned about security.. Where is the data stored? On phone or company server? Does the data stored on phone send data to your servers? If so it impacts the privacy? Depending on the answers I will change the rating

    Hello thank you for your message. The data is not stored anywhere other than on your phone unless you choose to back it up externally. Our servers do not store any of your data. Hope that helps - Team Folio.
  • Nice try but good luck capturing

    Would be a great app if it would take a picture. No such luck. Works sometimes but only if you are lucky. I give up after the 10th try. There is no way of taking the picture manually and no way to straighten or zoom. Very much a dinosaur in this department. Has potential but the developer doesn't respond with a potential solution or fix.

  • Very nice layout & simple to use.

    This app is well laid out and easy to use. I really like how simple it is to pull up scanned cards. The ability to organize in different categories is definitely a plus.
  • Love it!

    Such a great app! I hate having to bring my purse and ID with me when I’m out. Being able to just have everything in one place makes my life so much easier.

    It stores your credit cards, driving license, passport and even covid certificate.
  • Update???

    Every time I open Folio recently it tells me I must update it to use all the features. There is an update arrow but it doesn’t work. I like having this app but what update am I supposed to be getting? The app auto updated 11 Aug, why am I still getting the message?

    Love the app. It said update required but when pressed update nothing happened? Any suggestions? Thanks!
  • Problems uploading images

    I was able to upload only three cards. With card 4, I started getting error messages of option to record feedback. This is very frustrating. The concept is great but function of this app is sub-standard. Thank you. Steve
