I pay different platforms and stay in groups to try getting readers to audition or practice with. This app not only helps me memorize, sometimes I use it to record my audition with the other character’s lines. I highly recommend it.LauraAleman

This is the best script learning app available, I'm learning lines quicker than I ever have before - and I've been an Actor for over 20 years!
I have one small request for your next update, though. When rehearsing scenes with the app, my iPhone's screen switches itself off after 30 seconds, as per the settings on my phone. Please can you add an option for the app to keep the screen switched on while it's in use?

I realised in my first year of training to be an actor that I learn lines through listening to them a lot, as well as saying them, I then thought there might be an app out there for this and I trialed a few but this is the one that stuck.
I’m now in my third year of acting training and anyone on my course that ever says they’re struggling with lines or that they learn better when they listen to it, I immediately suggest they download this app and give it a try, a lot of people have said that they are so thankful I introduced them to this app, the most recent suggestion of this app was literally yesterday.
Anyway, it’s a great learning device and I would highly recommend giving the free trial a go and if it helps you learn, purchase it fully, it’s not even that expensive 🙌Show lessErinjones300101

I use this app every week as a professional actor, and it’s fantastic. My only request is that there would be a feature to run lines at normal speed without my line being repeated back. E.g. how you would normally read lines with someone after they were memorized. It’s the same as “speed through with gaps” but at a regular pace. This way I could use the app to learn my lines and then to practice the scene as I would do it in a performance on camera. Any chance of having this added soon? Would highly recommended this tool to anyone who has to quickly learn their lines! Pro tip get someone else to do the recording with you so that you can be used to hearing someone else’s voice, and you only need to bother them once!Show lessSean O from LA

I like your tip about having someone do the recording with you, if you have someone available. You are not alone in requesting a way to rehearse at regular speed with gaps (but without your lines repeated). Since this was a popular request, a recent update added "Advanced Controls" for subscribers. Look for this by tapping the Mask button in the bottom left, then "Settings" --> "Advanced Controls". If you turn on Advanced Controls, the settings slider on the playback screen will be replaced by two independent pickers; one for how to handle your lines and one for speed. This makes it easy to "Skip" your lines at "Normal" speed. If you have any other feedback or any questions about Advanced Controls, please feel free to reach out at "email@runlineswithme.com". A bit glitchy
I love this app for learning lines. Best value. But it’s glitchy. A lot of the time it works fine with my AirPods but sometimes it just WILL NOT play through them. Restart the app. Nope. Shut down the phone and re-boot. Nope. Cycle the Bluetooth. Nope. What the!? Then sometimes it will pause playback when the screen goes off and I have to wake the phone so it continues. Sometimes when trying to play one recording after another it stops and doesn’t ‘see’ the next recording. Not huge issues but nonetheless REALLY annoying. I would like to see a repeat function added when playing multiple recording in order rather than having to open the app and select the first recording every time.Show lessGrapeshooter

I’m kinda freaked out by this app because I have been using it and now I have reached my limit and a bunch of random recordings are showing up Random things I have said when I wasn’t recording my lines and they have titles of what I said.sethy121
