Terrible, avoid this insurance if possible, this app and company are terrible. I can’t even change my password if needed and when I do change it, it tells me it’s wrong and when I hit forget password it just gives me the old one which surprise surprise STILL doesn’t work. Come November when open enrollment comes around I’ll be switching.

Horrible app. And horrible company
The app doesn’t work half the time it doesn’t recognize your password. It makes you create a new one that says it’s not active. It is one bug and defect after the other. Don’t even bother trying to file a claim with this company. They are absolutely the worst. Their website is outdated they send you to providers that aren’t even in their network even though they say they are and then they don’t respond to your claims. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Anyone From Davis Vision Care?!
If so, please get a hold of me so I can give you a run-down of all the things that your app and mobile site can change. I can’t believe this app is even on here. It has so many issues as does its mobile site. I mean, you can’t even use their provider search because it will land you in the hospital from hitting your head against the wall so much in frustration.

Complete Useless - Totally Disappointed.
Downloaded the app and I can’t even sign in. Tells me there was an error after buffering for about a minute and to report it if it continues. What’s the point of having an app for convenience if members can’t even sign in. Completely useless
Network Error
I’ve been trying to login for over and hour and it continues to say network error. It’s not me because I can login on line it’s just the app where I have problem!
Non-functional
App failed to install the first few times I attempted. Tried to submit a claim through it and repeatedly got a generic error. Would highly recommend using their website instead.
Unable to login via app
This app is so poorly made it took 30 mins on phone with customer service and it still wouldn’t work. To any employers out there, do not burden your staff with this product.
Doesn’t let you log in
I hate Davis vision. They took the option to view your ID online so if you lose it you have to have it shipped to your house. The app also won’t ever let me log in anymore because the server is unresponsive. If my company wasn’t paying for my vision I would go elsewhere without a second thought

They need to fix so many issues.
When I’m trying to sign up, they ask me to input member ID, which is a combination of letters and numbers, but they give you only a number pad. I had to copy and paste it, and it worked. And there were more after. Took forever to sign up. After that, it says I cannot log in. Thank you for wasting my time.

Doesn’t even open
What a terrible app. Doesn’t even open, but calling customer “service” only allows you to listen to canned recordings…no agents to help you. All the while you’re navigating the useless phone menus, a recording keeps telling you how you really should be using the super awesome brand new app for the the best service. The non functional app seems to be the best service they can provide. Terrible on every front.
