Twice in the last few months, I have done my appointment confirmation with the providence my chart app. But it wouldn’t go past a certain point. It just kept acting like it was processing - but wouldn’t go onto the next question. So they had to call me to confirm my appointment. More work for them…Show lessol retired goat
Providence Saved Me
I was briefly with another provider and they were a disgrace. I left them after 1 year.
I had previously been with Providence and so returned, thankfully.
The service they provide, even beginning at the reception desk, and other staff as well, make you feel valued, and 🙏🏼 welcome💜

Easy interface, great video chat!
I’ve used the Providence app several times. Each time, the telehealth nurses were attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The wait times were short (less than 15 min), and I like that I can wait in the app, without waiting for a call back outside of the app.

Although I am an infrequent user of My Chart. I can make the following comments on the convenience of nevagazing through the system.
However, I do recognize the value of becoming a more frequent user for verifying appointments, medication, and progress reports on testing.

The app itself is very blind, user friendly. However, there needs to be some improvement on how to navigate to various portions of my chart to get better feedback especially when a doctor inserts comment on a particular procedure. Overall, the app is very usable.Hugo’s mom
