Todays visit
My visit today to the Robeks in Prescott Valley was a great experience. Haven’t been there in a while and I thought I was a rewards member, but I wasn’t. The young lady behind the counter explained to me on what to do and how to still get the points from todays purchase. I asked questions about some of the products and she was helpful in recommending the new caramel apple drink. Great experience today while there. Keep it up.

Inconvenienced
Placed a mobile order for drinks, when I arrived my drinks were ready and was told I had to wait even longer for my fresh juice bc they had to “clean” a machine even though I had placed a mobile order and it had been 20 mins, they weren’t busy and had no other customers. I thought the point of mobile order was to speed up the process for everyone, from employee to customer.

The app seems cool so far. We just got our first Robeks in Utah and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. It’s been the best smoothie place in a looooooooong time. It’s not overly sweet like the other big brand smoothie places, this place stay true to the flavors of the fruits and veggies. My current obsessions are the Mango Tumeric Madness and the Nuts About Protein Performance smoothie! 😍🤤 Favorite food item is the Avocado & Egg Toast.

Get in there if the sun is striking ya!
The smoothies are pretty tasty, the sides are perfect for health and flavor, and it’s near my town. I recommend trying the classics and adding a boost or enrichments. The rest as well! Try ‘em! This is perfect for after workouts, study, and an occasional online game session! Worth the money to get you going! Get the app to get a leg up on ordering on the go or when relaxing.

Shoutout to Anthony L. At the Terra Nova Plaza location for helping me find a good peanut free way to customize my favorite protein drink for my peanut allergic partner!! I had asked them about options for different drinks & left a little while to show my partner the menu & when I came back later Anthony remembered exactly what I wanted & it was a Great First Robek’s for her & a Still too Delicious from me!!! 7 Stars for great customer service & making genuine moments no matter where! 😁

Horrible service
As we were deciding what smoothie we wanted to choose the person taking orders, ask the person behind us if they would like to go ahead and order and ahead of us when we were ready and skipped us even though we were there waiting first. We then asked if we could get the leftover smoothie that was left in the blender and we’re told that they are not allowed to do this. Even though it was part of the smoothie we paid for. And to top off the horrible experience, we paid six dollars per lemon ginger shot so that we could have a full 3 ounce shot and they skimped us on the shot and did not fill it all the way to the top. Complete rip off she also did not allow me to download my rewards and use my three dollars off for becoming a rewards member because she rushed the order and told me that there was no savings for your first time, which was a total lie. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a smoothie shop, the smoothie was good, but completely overpriced. $27 for one large smoothie and 2 1/2 filled lemon ginger shots. Probably won’t be back.

Remembering Cards
The worst feature of this app, is after a few orders on a card it will one day just stop accepting the card; and delete all information on it. The app doesn’t allow the autofill for Apple to fill in my card info. I’m now out and about without my purse because I should be able to mobile order. Now I’m gonna have to sit and HOPEFULLY get the numbers to place an order through my Apple wallet; cause I don’t want to drive home and back for a smoothie. Fix this, cause wow

Awesome location
The staff is so friendly in helping me make a selection since I never know what to get since their menu is so huge! The smoothies are always yummy and fresh and they always ask for my name. Will definitely return and recommend! -Ninny
Nuts about Protein- Dairy Free
The girls I just ordered from at the Plainfield, IL location were so wonderful at adapting my smoothie to be dairy free! I believe one of them was named Isabella (want to give credit:)!

Best rewards app by far
Shoutout to Robeks rewards points. Just about every restaurant and coffee shop has some kind of rewards and they all don’t really do anything but give them access to market to you. Robeks rewards are by far the best I’ve ever had. It’s awesome to get a free item regularly as a reward for being a loyal customer. Other companies should learn from them. Also super easy to order and redeem in app and pickup.
