  • Useful

    I created my account on a computer and got things set up that way so I didn’t have any issues with set up. I feel like it’s pretty easy to use app wise but it’s only getting the 3 stars from me because of how long it takes for transactions to clear. It is literally like writing a check, use it for a purchase and it doesn’t hit my actual bank account until a week later. Honestly it’s worse than a check because I’ve done this before splitting bills with a roomie and those clear in about two to three days. So if you do use this, make sure to keep that in mind so you don’t go negative.

    We understand this can be frustrating and we try to be fully transparent about the turnaround time on our receipts. Depending on your bank, this process may take up to 2-4 business days to complete after each purchase.   • Unable to remove bank account info

    The app doesn’t allow you to remove your bank account information, nor can you close your account without emailing support and providing personal details. Very concerning.
  • Doesn’t work might be a hacking site

    There were enough technical anomalies during the sign up and on boarding process that led me to believe that this has some form of a back door to be hacked by another institution or is collecting banking information to be resold somewhere else. The technology and the Payment / authentication APIs all failed multiple times during sign-up process so the app doesn’t even work. Furthermore the user experience was horrible. I had to cancel my order and forgo my supplies because the app was not able to function as advertised to deliver its sole purpose which is to make a payment

  • Potential

    I’d love to use this app, the layout looks great and process seems useful. I tried multiple times to link my account with no success. FAQ on the site suggests that I call my bank to remove a layer of security that is stopping me from linking the account... Bad practice to request that, Hopefully there is a solution coming that doesn’t require removing safety measures. I know technology is complex, hopefully I can use the service in the future!

  • Worst payment app

    This app does not work. Can’t link bank info even though I have linked banking info....... The best part is that EVERY 1 star review has the exact same issue as me and this is their copy pasta response:

    “We understand technology can be frustrating sometimes. Please give us the opportunity to diagnose what is causing this issue by calling us at........”

    Hahahahah! We understand technology can be frustrating sometimes........ nice blanket statement removing yourself as the company that created the app from the equation. “Oh.... it’s not our horribly developed app that is the issue here, it’s the fact that you as a consumer are having one of those moments where technology is frustrating”

    Every 1 star review has given you the opportunity to diagnose what is causing the issue. Everyone that has issues with your app has the exact same issue.....

    Overall I would argue to never trust a financial tech app company that can’t properly fix a single instance static error with their programming after months and months of potential customers having the exact same issue. Don’t waste your time even if it’s supposedly saving you 30 dollars. Can’t save 30 dollars if it does not work. (Have tried to use this app for 4 or 5 months and they still have not fixed it. A company I shop with does really great deals if you use this broken app)

  • Sign up form doesn’t accept special characters

    Received a vague error message “unable to verify your information”. Later I figured out it was due to my name having a special character.
  • Trash

    Never works I can’t even get Wells Fargo one of the big 5 to connect what a scam. Plus no debit cards get out of town. Finally guys this app is used for the sale of cannabis. Yes the sale of cannabis and nothing but the sale of cannabis. Since when did Apple let your support cannabis??? How is this app even in the App Store???

  • Terrible

    For the last three months the app tells me I need to update bank information. When I click it, it tells me I’m not allowed to perform that action because they’re updating. For three months? Every day? I need this app to work.
  • Can’t link checking

    Like others have stated I can’t get my checking linked. I’ve done it multiple times and it looks like it linked but says unsuccessful. Pretty useless when you can’t even get your payment linked right!
