    Don’t listen to the negative reviews! This app is amazing and has helped me and my friends so much. Easy to use and as SAFE as it gets. Great platform!
  • Cannot Register. No help.

    My wife and I are both unable to register with Hypur. Neither of us can get past the name/email/address/SSN/age page in the app. The app suggests calling a Hypur help number, which I have done twice, but all they will say is, yeah that happens sometimes… try again or try different information. This is extremely frustrating. We’ve had the same address for 35 years, and there is no other information we can try. There is no alternative conduit for verification.

  • DONT TRUST THEM!!! Worst experience of my life

    The customer service rep John was so rude to me after I called to make a payment because they delayed taking a payment out of my account when there wasn’t money in there anymore. He tried saying that I was trying to get product for free. He lied about multiple things in a five minute conversation then defended himself. Seriously don’t waste your time. I had multiple fees from my bank, $190 transaction is now costing me $300. Worst company ever. I tried asking for John’s manager and he refused to do so.

    I have no clue how a company like this is still in business. Dishonest, rude, lies, terrible customer service, when you call the corporate office no one answers or calls you back.

  • Avoid at all costs

    Probably the worst paying app I’ve been used. The bank account never syncs and magically keeps going negative and the tech support don’t know what to do about it. Can’t either delete my account or payment so it’s just stuck there. Thanks guys.
  • Horrible Waste of Time

    Downloaded the app because I was offered a $30 credit on another site if I paid using Hypur. Spent 30 minutes getting my account set up multiple times before it finally saved my payment information, and then nothing happened. No credit on the other site and no word from Hypur. This whole thing seems like a scam to steal credit card info. Don’t trust it.

  • Needs a lot of HELP!!

    First I thought the site was really cool because I could purchase from here and be fine, every time I log on it told me I need to put a financial institution I put a financial financial institution in the financial institution never pops up but there’s always a green sign of the top that says this financial institution has already been added to this account but there’s no listing of it then when I go to stores it takes me back to the settings I don’t feel like this is a good site I feel that this is the site that collects peoples bank information and next thing I know I possibly Maybe hit. You can’t keep telling me to put in my financial institution every time I go to log on then when I look at the financial institution that I’m with there’s nothing up there do a little better you guys try to take your app down for a minute and work on a lot of things because people putting in their bank information and all of a sudden their Bank doesn’t even show up but there’s a green line at the top that says this financial institution has already been added to this account but it doesn’t show the bank somethings fishy. Please do not write back telling me to call you guys on how to fix it and do what this and fix it no just fix it so it actually works for people that are trying to use it instead of taking their financial institution information and nothing happened

  • Seamless Linking

    This app is used for a few local businesses in the area, and I was hesitating on using it based off of the negative reviews, but don’t listen to those one star reviews. Setup took less than 5 minutes and bank account linking worked like a charm.
  • Terrible!!

    It wouldn’t link my bank account at all. I tried signing in my bank app to make sure my password is correct and it still logged me in but not on this app. I had all my bank login and password correct when trying to link it and it still won’t let me!!
  • Sketchy.

    It’s amazing there is no way to only add a debit card number or banking details. There is absolutely no way I’m going to give LOGIN details to my bank to an unknown third party app. I would provide details so that you could access the money but never my login information. It’s 2020 and it shouldn’t be necessary to withdraw money by using my login details.

  • Uncooperative

    I thought I had account. Received no email to reset password. Tried to create an account and kept going back to log in page after entering birthdate. This is probably why I had to reinstall. Second time I’ve deleted app.
