  • Soo easy.. I’m loving this app

    Just discovered Hypur about 6 months ago and it’s a game changer!! Ordering medicinals is much easier and it works with caliva!! 🙌🏻
  • They stole from me

    Do not trust this app! I used it one time weeks ago and this morning I wake up to see that they’ve taken money out of my bank account! I try to call them and no one answers, I try to email and after they answer they tell me they will not be refunding my $35. I was made unemployed due to the corona virus and I don’t have money to waste!

  • Defunct

    App simply doesn’t work. I connect my bank account and it says there was an issue connecting but there is no explanation why. I use a major bank. At the same time, I’m getting emails from my bank saying the service was successfully connected to my account. So the issue is on the apps end, not my end or my banks end. Don’t waste your time downloading.

  • Great app

    I love this app. Saves me from stopping at an atm. Or wondering how much exactly I have to pull out.
    Definitely recommend it. I Don’t know why people are having problems. Never had any issues.
  • Unreliable/lacks options bottom tier 3rd party app

    So basic you wonder why and how it even exists. Bottom tier 3rd party app with no backing. Only can use bank accounts? I use my cards for a reason. Not only that but you don’t know when the money will be taken out... in 2 days? Maybe 3 weeks from now? If I want to use a payment app I’ll go ahead and use the ones that are verified and safe guarded by the big guys.

  • unstable. needs work.

    really like the concept, but still needs work.
    I link my account, and within a few moments I have a notification instruction stating Update Credentials Required, or something similar.
  • Connecting to PNC problems?

    I’ve tried connecting to my account multiple times. Received the text to confirm, I even get an email from PNC saying it’s linked but Hypur doesn’t seem to see it. Was super excited to use this instead of pulling cash every time I go to the dispensary. Guess it’s back to the ATM until the ap is fixed.

    Update: I was just at my dispensary and they said many people are having the same issue. What gives?

    Are you crazy? Anyone willing to give you their social security number is sadly naive. Forget it!

    Update: the developer emailed me and said, "Sorry but we require this." Tough. You're not getting it. No awareness at all that having someone's SSN makes identity theft so much easier.

    Not touching this app or this foolish developer with a 10 foot pole.

  • Needs a lot of improvement

    This app is a great concept and I tried very hard to love it. Regardless of my device or data connection the app is so slow it doesn’t even make any sense to use it rather than a conventional method. The merchant end is just as slow, so it times out a lot. After trying to use Hypur and visually seeing that the merchant end timed out I was still charged multiple times after the declined transactions and a boatload of bank fees. Hypur is a great concept, I doubt it’ll be around another year with this quality of service.

  • Verification policy concerns

    I would love to use this app but find it difficult to give up my entire social security number (last 4 #’s would be ok) and banking info. I’m still recovering from 3 accounts being hacked at major security companies. Please consider tweaking verification policy. Thank you!
