Absolute frustration!!
Total Crap
Signing up for an account is also flawed as the web page it loads within the app to go through that process has a big alert at the top of the page that my browser is not supported! My iPhone is only about a month old! Either Equifax isn’t keeping up with the latest versions and patches or their app programmers aren’t updating the app sufficiently.
Equifax remains as nothing more than a necessary evil. Deleting the app and asking any potential future creditors to check my worth using either Transunion or Experian.

I saw the developer response and it seems they didn’t understand the issue. There was no option to lock or unlock in the app. That is why this app is useless.

If you have a lock on your Equifax credit report, use Lock & Alert to unlock it. Then you can place a security freeze on your Equifax credit report through myEquifax. It’s free to replace a lock with a security freeze.
