App Update Issues
Connects just fine for me (was actually very fast in connecting to my device). Though, I’m supposed to be able to see my cats “activity”. My cat has visited the genie a couple times, I’ve received notifications, but the activity summary in the app is not intuitive, nor does it records my cat’s activity.

Not good enough
Great idea- really want it to work but will just not connect to either mine or my husbands iPhones- they work perfectly fine with any other Bluetooth devices and our internet just not the new cat genie AI. Please get the bugs fixed- I can’t wait for this to work properly for our 3 kitties!!!!
Not fully ready
I understand that the Cat Genie AI is a newer product, and they definitely have a lot of kinks to work out. My wife’s phone wouldn’t and still won’t connect at ALL, but yet right after trying hers, my phone connected immediately. And also the timing of the activity is all wrong and won’t update correctly. I can definitely see where the app is heading, but it needs a “push-start”.
