  • Insomnia no longer has a hold on me.

    I was dealing with severe insomnia for over a year. I cannot list the number of things that I tried before I found this app and the book “set it and forget it” because that would be a book on its own. What I can say is after a year of doctors, medication‘s, and every imaginable recommended or suggested method that came up on Google search for relief from this nightmare that I was living with the only thing that brought me back was the knowledge found on this app. CBTI was too harsh and increased was my anxiety. After just a month or so of this app and book I was back to sleeping well and consistently. No words can describe the gratitude I have for all involved that teach these techniques. Nothing short of a miracle. Thank you for giving me back my life, God bless🙏

  • Life Changing

    I’ve struggled with insomnia for a greater part of my life until recently where it became very severe. After desperately trying many fixes I came across Dr. Erichsen and his teachings about insomnia. People recommended his books as well as this app which I decided to give a try since I felt out of options. As I learned more and more about how to look at insomnia as a byproduct of fear/anxiety I really started to understand why I was struggling so much previously. I improved very quickly and just as was recommended I felt I was ready to graduate from the program in about 3 months. I cannot recommend this app enough if you struggle with insomnia issues as what I learned I feel I can utilize for the rest of my life. My quality of life has drastically improved and I cannot thank Dr. Erichsen and the people who work on this app enough!

  • Truly a life changer

    Insomnia had me in its claws for several years. I tried all the usual pills, potions, blue light glasses, strict bedtime routines etc. I tried two other apps, a sleep school recommended by my doctor, and a sleep doctor. All made things worse.

    Then I learned of Bedtyme. It has been fantastic. Education that makes sense and is easy to follow. The coaching that is part of this is fantastic.

    It works! It really works. And as an added bonus there is so much content helping me in other parts of my life with anxiety, happiness and LIFE!

    Trust this app. Dr Daniel Erichsen is brilliant and caring and is spot on with his approach!

  • This app is a life changer

    Insomnia has been one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with. it was hard, frustrating, scary, and at times I felt hopeless. I read "say good night to insomnia" and started that program. It was good but felt a little robotic, with a lot to think about and manage. I began to obsess over sleep and the to-do list, which was the opposite of getting back to great sleep. Then I heard about "Set it and Forget it" with the Bedtyme app. I felt like this was a lot more helpful on my journey back to great sleep. $329 might seem like alot, but it is worth every penny. The Bedtyme team, I feel, deserves much more money for how they have changed my life. The app is so helpful and structured in such a simple way. For so many days, I felt like giving up and going back to a pill, and this app, with the chats, helped keep me going. If you are scared or on the fence, trust me and go all in with this app. Jump in with both feet, and don't ever look back! There were a few times I was just about to give up and shortly thereafter made big steps forward. If you learn the truth/education about sleep and follow the app and advice, you will, in time, learn to let go of this sleep fear. It will take time, patience, and humility, but it will work. And it will help with other areas of your emotional and mental life/toughness.

  • Literally saved my life!

    It’s sounds dramatic to say “saved my life,” but it’s true. I was deteriorating physically and emotionally because my insomnia had gotten so bad. Daniel is a great coach and communicator. His approach is compassionate, practical, and it works!
  • A transformed sleep and LIFE mentality

    Let me start by saying I very rarely post a review of anything I use. HOWEVER, this app was the single most life changing app I’ve ever used.

    I’ve struggled with insomnia for several years and nothing worked. In fact, melatonin and other sleep aids only made my insomnia worse (for which the app has an excellent explanation).

    However I think the most remarkable aspect of this app is how it transformed my approach and perspective on challenges in life generally. I can’t personally do their lessons justice but I have been able to apply BedTyme‘s lessons to help me deal with anxiety and frustration by deciding to be at peace with whatever happens and take things in stride. Their concise and inspiring lessons will walk you through doing this for sleep.

    I can’t recommend this app enough- it’s worth every penny!

  • So worth it!

    Absolute game changer for me as a first time mom dealing with insomnia. Thank you Daniel! You have helped changed how I think about sleep and it has made a world of difference!
  • Worth every little red penny

    I never had a problem sleeping until my daughter started sleeping through the night. My psychology changed after months of anticipating her waking I guess. When she started sleeping, I found myself laying in bed wide awake for hours, night after night, lonely, sad, and ruminating. Well, someone mentioned this app in a new moms support group when I was asking desperately about safe sleeping pills to take while breastfeeding. What a life changing little moment! The daily lessons are perfect to read in the morning, short and to the point, but the real benefit is the one on one coaching. I was able to share every weird thought and feeling that pops up with insomnia with my coach who not only was able to provide answers, but could totally empathize with my process. Never once needed a sleeping pill, tea, light shielding glasses or any of that stuff, and now I shudder to think where I would be without this app! I am one grateful, well rested mama now who can get on with life! 😂💗

  • Great app

    I’ve had insomnia for over 13 years, during most of which I’ve used a benzodiazepine at night. When I attempted to quit this medication, my insomnia worsened significantly. After listening to several Sleep Coach School podcasts, I decided to give this app a try. It’s been about 5 weeks and my outlook on sleep/insomnia has totally changed. I wouldn’t say I’m 100 % cured - the program even acknowledges that we’ll have ups and downs, or “setbacks” - but I can feel the fear of wakefulness diminishing every day and I know I’m on the right path to sleeping well. For example, I fall asleep really easily now, and even if I don’t stay asleep all night, it’s so encouraging to see that change. And most importantly, I’m much less bothered when I wake up randomly at night. When I don’t get worked up about it, I either fall back asleep or rest peacefully and I can still have a good day. I feel ready to quit my medication now that I know I can sleep. This app has restored my confidence in my body’s ability to sleep.
