  • It works. Period.

    I ended up using the app for only a short amount of time before I quickly realized how effective its message and mission are. I’m very grateful to have found it and highly recommend it to anyone who has had a hard time getting to sleep and doesn’t know what to do.
  • Looks good but

    The app looks great and the reviews are great and stuff but there’s one problem. I can’t afford it it’s really expensive sorry but I understand that you make it like that because it’s expensive to do and all but still
  • Worth It

    This program was amazing. Like many here, I went through a real tough time this past year(ish). This program and coach Ali supported me 100% on the way to being more confident in myself and my own natural ability to sleep. It’s not a quick fix by any means but I’ve learned (and still learning) that having self-compassion and acceptance of things I cannot control to be quite liberating. I wouldn’t have gotten to this point without Daniel’s phenomenal program and Ali’s support.

  • I so wish I knew about this several years ago

    I am a female senior who in 2019 developed insomnia. I researched so much what to do to stop this and everything on the internet was totally wrong and actually made it worse. I was causing more hyperarousal with all of my sleep efforts. I had already been following the Sleep Coach School but I felt I needed more individual instruction.
    The modules are easy to follow, so instructional and Coach Daniel answers all of your concerns. You can befriend wakefulness, have a great day on very little sleep, and endure those bumps in the road. This is a great app! It has been a lifesaver for me.

  • Life changing

    I can’t believe I forgot to rate the app so I am back. I was crippled with insomnia and was able to use the app and the communication with coaching to educate myself and get out of my insomnia. Education is the key; not fighting your insomnia is the way out and the coaches will help you to understand this driving principle!

  • Helped me so much!

    Daniel is so thoughtful and helpful. I experienced a period of insomnia during a stressful time in my life. I was going days with no sleep and was convinced something was wrong with me. I was going to doctors , getting sleep meds , and trying my hardest to make my sleep go back to normal. The only thing that started working for me was bedtyme. I learned not only was nothing wrong with me , but that what I was experiencing was normal- I just needed to be educated on my insomnia. Daniel helped me every morning when I would message him in distress and for two months about we worked together. Now my sleep anxiety is almost eliminated and I am on a better path forward. If you’re struggling with deep anxiety/ sleep confidence - this app is for you. Thank you Daniel !!!

  • Beautiful App and Fantastic Support

    If you have insomnia definitely give this app a try. The user interface is gorgeous and it’s so easy to use. The education that you can get from this app is also amazing. Daniel the sleep coach is so helpful and accommodating.

  • Every single person with insomnia should have this app - life changing

    I cannot say enough good things about this all and Daniel. Not only did Daniel help me with my insomnia after coming off of a medication during my concussion recovery, but he taught me things that i apply across all areas of my life now. I was about to try CBT-i but felt the rules and restrictions didn’t work for me. Daniel’s approach is so much more comforting and relaxed. It made me feel normal and healthy and like I could let go. It explained exactly what was happening. I can’t believe this isn’t part of mainstream education. There aren’t enough words of thanks I can express to Daniel.

  • Thank god

    I’m so glad this app exists - it is so gentle and thoughtful in its design that it embodies how we should be to ourselves. I was in a dark place and having many restless and sleepless nights. I feel a lot better now and while I’ll be sticking to the plan, I know that I’ve changed my belief and perspectives on sleep permanently. Highly recommend it to anyone feeling anxious about their sleep.
