  • Life changing

    I was dealing with terrible insomnia, just weeks of no sleep at all, or just a couple of hours of sleep at most each night. I had migraines because of it, and had a very demanding phase at work too and just had to power through it, miserably. I spoke to a sleep specialist and they suggested melatonin daily for 3-5 months, making sure I exercise before noon (impossible for me) and several steps for sleep hygiene. And I had read about sleep efficiency and sleep opportunity and every night I would stare at the clock watching the sleep opportunity pass me by and my efficiency = 0%.

    Then came this app. Their modules are so disarming and light and and easy to do everyday — they instantly took out the weight of insomnia off my shoulders and I started sleeping deeply and well from day 1. I loved that I could also ask questions to my coach Daniel, throughout — absolutely love the 1:1 aspect. His responses are so thoughtful and he is so knowledgeable on so many different topics on sleep.

    I am tracking nothing, I don’t look at the clock, I don’t obsess over every detail of sleep hygiene and I fall asleep pretty much as soon as I hit the bed. It’s been wonderful and a far cry from my former self. No sleep anxiety anymore, or comparing myself to other people who sleep 8 hours a night.

  • A God-send

    I started having problems sleeping once my youngest child turned one. We have two kids and both of them struggled with sleeping through the night for a period of about 6 months. During that time I was up so much at night.
    Once they started sleeping again, I stopped sleeping. I put so much pressure on myself to sleep, that I never slept. I became so fearful of being awake at night. It impacted my mood, my workouts, and my family. I was miserable.
    The BedTyme app and Coach Daniel saved me during this time. I honestly prayed for help to sleep again and then immediately found this app through Instagram of all things. Daniel’s coaching of just stop trying and befriend wakefulness seemed insane at first and terrifying. But with following his guidance, I started sleeping almost immediately.
    Anytime I would have a hiccup and have fears of not sleeping again, I would message him and he’s give me some profound analogy that brought to a place of calm again. His teaching truly transcend sleep and made a lot more of my life more peaceful. I’ve let go of a lot of things through learning about insomnia. I’m truly grateful for Daniel and the BedTyme app.
    If you have insomnia, this is for you. You will be just fine.

  • My answer to 30+ years of struggle with sleep

    Wow, do I wish I had found this app years ago!! I am someone who has struggled with sleep my whole life, literally for as long as I can remember. Like so many, I went down every path and tried every possible solution to try and “fix” what I thought was a physical or medical problem. When I first found Daniel’s work and started to understand that the real problem was my thoughts and anxiety around not sleeping, my mind was blown! I started to sleep better almost immediately and my entire relationship to sleep has changed. I don’t think of myself of a “bad sleeper” anymore, and I’m not one! If you’re someone who struggles with sleep in any capacity, stop what you’ve been doing and give this program a shot. I promise that if you put in the work and keep an open mind, you too can sleep well!!

  • Great app if you struggle with insomnia

    This app is great if you are struggling with insomnia. The tutorials are easy to follow and complete. You also get a wonderful coach in Daniel that offers support and guidance.

    My sleep improved and rather quickly following the guidance this app and Daniel provided!
  • Highly effective!!!

    Daniel’s counter intuitive, cognitive approach to sleeplessness & insomnia is innovative and very effective. After decades of fluctuating sleep quality, his method has made an immediate & noticeable difference for me. The biggest impact was the understanding that sleep is natural & passive. The more I have been wanting to fix insomnia, the more it was negatively affecting my sleep. Plus, he helped me learn to un-condemn the occasional sleepless night and still being able to enjoy the following day.

  • Lifesaver

    Before trying this app, I’ve been suffering from insomnia for a couple of months. Nothing I was doing was helping. I spent hundreds of dollars on homeopathic approaches, hypnotists, and many, many various medicines/supplements. A couple of people mentioned that CBT-I is very helpful but unfortunately I couldn’t find one at a reasonable price. One day, I accidentally stumbled upon this app and my life was changed forever. Daniel’s CBT approach got rid of my anxiety as I realized I was going about sleep the wrong way!! After a couple of weeks, I went from having multiple nights of night sleep to practically no nights of no sleep. I am really grateful for Daniel’s help and having the new knowledge towards destroying my insomnia forever!!! I highly highly highly recommend this app to everyone!!

  • BedTyme works!

    Listen up. This app helped me conquer insomnia, and I had it bad. Follow it faithfully as I did. I tried many treatments, but this one,sans meds, worked. I am now over this awful insomnia, am sleeping much better despite being 75: in remission from cancer, and with chemo induced heart failure; and no meds or CBD. Try the app. Nothing to lose and everything, like your life back, to gain!

  • Amazing app

    I have had insomnia for about five years and it was getting worse. It got to a point that I had to do something so I downloaded the BedTyme app and after a month I am regularly and worrying about sleep much less. The information about sleep and behaviors helps to counter the anxiety around sleeping. I would recommend BedTyme to anyone fighting to sleep.

  • Fixed my insomnia in one month

    I am so happy to say that this program worked well for me. I had already tried typical sleep hygiene advice, pills for sleep and anxiety, meditation, etc and nothing worked. Then I found this app and it taught me so much that my general physician and countless articles about sleep did not. The education provided here changed my strategy and mindset and now sleep finally comes easily to me, something that seemed impossible during the thick of insomnia. Coach Daniel provided helpful guidance and support during the process which for some people like me can make all the difference. Thank you

  • Simple Effective Lifesaver!

    This is indeed a lifer saver app.

    There are not a lot of people out there who really understand insomnia and how to help others be free of it. Dr. Daniel Erichsen has really got it down and having an opportunity to ask him unlimited one on one questions is the shining feature of this app. He always answers back with alacrity and a compassionate attitude.

    About a couple of months back I got caught in the spiral world of insomnia, initiated most likely due to side effect of an allergy medication I was on at that time. I suffered helplessly for about a month before stumbling upon Daniel and his app BedTyme. Every aspect of the app- illustrations, colors used, daily modules content and format, simple sleep diary were very thoughtfully designed to soothe the frayed nerves of an insomniac. I saw clear hope right away.

    Now after following this simple program for just one month I am able to sleep well every night. Naturally without any effort at all! I can’t thank Daniel and his team enough for providing such an invaluable service and that too at a very reasonable price. I want to shout from the roof tops - insomniacs! despair not as BedTyme is here!
