  • You must try it

    I’ve had this crazy obsession with sleep for ten years, after my mother passed. I became fanatical about it and my sleep worsened over time. I tried everything and became on and off obsessed with medications and marijuana, particularly awful Benzos and other alternative remedies such as Accupunture, hypnosis, naturopaths, talk therapy, brain wave therapy, spending THOUSANDS of dollars on things that did not help (some harmed). This sounds crazy, but when you can’t sleep, you’ll do anything to obtain it, even if you know it is absurd. Well, I am here to say that this is the ONLY thing that has worked for me and I wish I had known about this program a decade ago. It’s so simple and easy to follow. I feel so much more positive about the direction I’m headed. Life is better everyday and it’s only been a little over three weeks! All I can say is try it and most of all, don’t waste time. Do the program properly, and you’ll start sleeping better in no time. I knew about sleep restriction, but it sounded so harsh until Daniel made it more easy to follow. And he is there to answer any questions you may have along the way. It is not easy, which is why it took me so long. It is extremely challenging but well worth the effort you’ll put in. I still have a bit to go, but I am so happy with my results so far. I feel that this can help so many others too. Thank you Daniel!

  • You CAN sleep

    I want to shout from the rooftops: this program works!!

    Like many others here, I had tried it ALL! Medication, supplements, oils, bedtime hygiene, meditations, doctor after doctor, etc. I googled everything! Baby was sleeping through the night but mom was not. 😔 It took 1.5 years to finally stumble across this amazing program. I cannot say how grateful I am. I saw immediate results but held off on writing this review until I had following it for long enough. It’s been 3 weeks and my entire relationship with sleep has been transformed. Daniel goes above and beyond to answer questions and validate you. Way cheaper than an actual therapist too. Worth it! I’m so excited to tell people about this. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

  • Kryptonite for Insomnia

    First off, coach Daniel has hands down found his calling in life in helping people overcome their battles with insomnia. And this app teaches the user to do something radical -
    abandon the fight!

    I know that sounds crazy, but insomnia is a beast that thrives on attention, and when you implement these techniques and slowly pull attention away from insomnia, it slowly recedes into nothingness and your personal sense of confidence in your body and mental freedom slowly returns.

    I’ve tried everything - rituals, pills, CBD oil, etc. and nothing compares to this app and the techniques it teaches. Be prepared for a bumpy start, but getting your psychology right and understanding of sleep and addressing sleep related worries first (which are often blown out of proportion) will provide the fertile ground from which these techniques can really accelerate you leaving insomnia in the dust. Truly a life changing app and couldn’t have a better person at the helm.

  • I started the program and I recommend it

    I have read a few books on insomnia even some meant for therapists and they helped a bit but something was missing. After reading those books and even going to a cbt-i ( insomnia ) therapist I came across this app, I thought that I wouldn’t find anything new but I was wrong. This app has given me new insights (but less work ) and I look forward to continuing the program. If you are a cbt-I therapist you should also download this app learn about it and share with your patients is totally different than the sleep deprivation apps I tried. Added bonus: You also get an experienced coach to help you out.

    I found the app to be very helpful. The graphics are great. I like that expectations were explained in the beginning. The quizzes reinforce lessons learned. It truly helps change one’s mindset about sleep and insomnia. I highly recommend it!

    I’m biased, I created this app! This is Daniel writing. Someone shared that they couldn’t write a review so I decided to trouble shoot by trying to write one myself!
  • There is hope!

    This app is the perfect remedy for sleepless nights. It is easy and fast to use with the information and advice you really need. It is clear the creators have done their research and that the methods and approach used in this app are evidence based. It is probably more effective, cheaper, and more time-efficient than going to see a therapist. I was pleasantly surprised and touched by the personalized support I received from my sleep coach. He always knew exactly what I needed to hear and was encouraging and positively focused about my future. This app first gave me hope that I could get better and wouldn’t always be dealing with insomnia. Before I got this app, I was spending my days exhausted and filled with anxiety about sleep and my nights frustrated and wide awake. Now, I have a whole new mindset about sleep, am sleeping every night, and feel so much better about life! You can do it too! I feel so grateful to the creators of this app and my sleep coach. Don’t hesitate if you’re on the fence, this app is 100% worth your time and the money if you choose to use it past the first two weeks.

  • I tried it all

    After my sleep getting disturbed by having small kids waking me constantly I was in a big sleepless mess. I tried it all, meds, doctors, oils, meditation, baths, etc. CBT-I was my last hope. After listening to a few of Daniel’s podcasts I gave it a shot. The first 3 days were hell. I wanted to be hospitalized and sleep! Stuck with it and it’s changed my life. I now have a natural sleep drive. I don’t stay up for hours. It doesn’t take me hours to fall asleep. If I wake up I go back to sleep. Plus I’m not on a ton of meds. The app is solid, doesn’t take a ton of time and sleep coaching was amazing and so much less than hiring a private sleep coach. Try it you don’t have much to lose.

  • No more sleepless nights!

    After coming home from a European trip and had trouble adjusting to the time difference, I started having trouble sleeping. First I thought this problem would go away with time, but it never did. week after week my insomnia only got worse. In my desperate search for a solution I found this app. First I was skeptical, but on day 2 of this program i slept for 6 hours straight. It was like a miracle to me. 2 weeks later I am now sleeping normally again. The app is clean and easy to use. It’s extremely educational. I’ve learned so much about sleep that I never would have known. Daniel my sleep coach is amazing. He always answered my questions in great detail and showed great knowledge and care. If you have insomnia you need to get this app! highly recommend!

    I have had trouble falling asleep for years and resorted to listen to the TV or radio all night to sleep. This app has helped me form new habits and I am falling asleep and staying asleep all night. I feel very refreshed when I wake up and not tired and sluggish like it use to. I recommend this app highly!
