Simple, to the point
I’ve used the app for over a yr. now! I really enjoy its simplicity, is easy to use when you are at the grocery store just need to type in something in the search bar and that’s it! I’m currently not doing the FODMAP diet, I feel like I’m in a good place now, but I will never delete this app because it’s so simple to use. Please don’t change it!!Show lessChange colour scheme so that colour blind people can use the app efficiently

This app has helped me so much going around the supermarket. Once I’m more familiar with the FODMAP diet, I’m sure I won’t need this quite as much. However, it will always be extremely convenient for more uncommon ingredients that usually crop up when eating out.Fodmap

I use this app all the time. I have to follow the FODMAP diet for IBS and it’s super helpful whenever I have to question a food or ingredient. Highly recommend and only rely on this. I don’t trust a lot of other lists as they often will have foods on them that I can’t have.Language

I suffer from chronic IBS and this app has been absolutely superb in helping me decide what I can and can’t eat. It works brilliantly for me when I’m shopping, for example, and I need a little reminder as to what I shouldn’t have. I can’t recommend this app enough.
