  • Well thought out, useful APP

Alphabetic list of foods color coded to distinguish problem foods from easy to digest foods. Also informs the reader of which of the 4 different problem sugars are present. Also suggests maximum quantities.
Handy to use while food shopping.
Excellent guide - everybody is different.
  • Hard to admit…

It’s hard to “like” an app that tells you everything you want to eat is likely to make you sick, but I guess it *is* a helpful tool.
  • Easy to use

This app is extremely simple and easy to use, which I love. I am holding back one star just because it doesn’t have the option to choose the letter of the alphabet you would like to jump to. And since some foods are not included in this app. I need to Google them separately. Hopefully it will be updated soon.

  • Such A Useful App.

I use it almost every time I go to the grocery store. I can be confident I’m going to buy some thing that isn’t going to make me sick.

    Thank you.

  • This app changed my life

This app changed my life and helped me restore my health. I’m 20 years old, and a few months ago, I could not digest more than a couple ounces of protein at a time. I never felt well- I suffered from severe acid reflux, bloating, gas, constipation, and hair loss, and the anxiety surrounding food ruled my life. After a few months on the low FODMAP diet, all my digestion issues have resolved, and I feel so much better and happier. This app makes it possible for me to quickly and confidentially make the right choices and feel well day to day. The information about FODMAPs varies from source to source and is often inaccurate, but I have found that this app is always accurate and reliable. Thank you for developing this guide and helping IBS sufferers like me reclaim their lives.

  • I kinda like it

It’s a good app to show WHAT FODMAPs are in a product (unlike Fig). I can see if a product includes FODMAPs. However, I think they should also show the amber and red servings so you can see how much is too much. Like, I eat coconut cream dairy free yogurt, and all I know is that FODMAP a-z only gives me the 1/4 cup serving list, but nothing bigger. It would just be nice if it also gave bigger serving sizes. Otherwise it’s a good app and the ads are actually helpful for us IBS (I think, though I’m going to get tested for IBD) sufferers.

  • Very Helpful

It’s so easy to use and I maybe like it better than one I’m paying for.
