  • App still doesn’t work

    Notification popped up on my phone while using the 1byone wellness 2.0 app to download the new app about a year or so ago and it failed to detect my 1byone Smart Scale. So I deleted it. Popped up again and said download the new app, bugs fixed... blah....blah.... blah. Same result. Will not find my scale. Old app still works fine. Like a previous reviewer said... how about you work on your existing app instead of writing a new one that doesn’t work for your already existing customers. And please stop asking me to download new apps if there aren’t even going to support your own products.

  • Needed new log in to use

    Old app had no login. This one starts with login screen that doesn’t offer Apple, Facebook, or Google login. You have to offer me something pretty special to create a new password and account. I have 999,999 already. I deleted it. Use 3rd party logins.
  • Could be much better.

    One of the reasons I chose this is because it said it syncs with Apple health. It doesn’t even do that. It’s set to do so but hasn’t worked yet. The hardware works fine but the software needs work.
  • Has outlasted our Aria.

    What? It works like it supposed to. Works well, syncs fine and updates to Fitbit app. We only use it with the scale but it’s been great.
  • No security

    When I tried to recover my password instead os sending a link to reset my password they have sent my password in an email. They are storing the password as a plain text which is not at a secure way to store it. Based on the poor security measures for account credentials I believe the health data they collect from the weight scales and other devices are not at all secured.

  • Why put adverts on!? I bought the hardware!!!

    So for the last two updates the Bluetooth is working well but they’ve added advertising on startup!

    It’s seriously annoying as I purchased the hardware I don’t need to see adverts for it!!!
  • Works fine, full screen ads are annoying

    When you open the app this occasionally shows a full screen ad for one of the other products they sell. It is annoying because I mostly bought this for the scale, not for the health app, but additionally the ad is full screen with no way to close it and it makes you wait. There is some Chinese wording in the top right corner with a countdown, I guess that is a countdown until it ends? Either way really annoying.

  • Recent Purchase

    So far so good! The app works great as does the scale. Not sure why many others are having issues but on the latest IOS as of this review and on my XS it works without any flaws. The scale is super high tech too and it has a nice design esthetic.
  • Repeat entries

    This is a great app. I’ve had no problems connecting my phone to the scales and the readings are logged with no problems. It also syncs with apple health without difficulty. My only issue with this app is that one reading will be repeated several times. Most annoying!
  • 1 because I can’t say zero

    This app fails to pair with my phones (I’ve tried several). The Wellness 2 App works fine, but Health App won’t pair. I’ve contacted the support team, they told me to try switching the phone off and on, which didn’t work. I’ve tried reloading etc. to no avail. Unusable. No idea why the App forces a login, which is then not usable on their web site. All of this looks very suspicious. It this a backdoor ?!?!
