  • Unable to cancel auto-renewal!!!

    Scam company, they absolutely REFUSE to turn off auto-renewal! I've been trying for TWO WEEKS, and it still won't let me disable auto-renewal, they just REFUSE to let me opt out of this scam! This is absolutely INFURIATING! I have never seen such a shameless company before. It's a blatant disregard for customer rights! I am disgusted! How dare they trap us like this! This company is a disgrace! It's been an ongoing nightmare, utterly disappointed! I genuinely cannot comprehend how such a despicable company is allowed to exist! I demand an immediate resolution to this auto-renewal nightmare!

  • Regrettably, there appears to be no viable means to terminate the auto-pay arrangement.

    I am thoroughly disappointed and feel deceived by Lyca. During the plan purchase, I was compelled to select auto-pay as the payment method, despite the purchase page indicating that I could manually cancel it within the app afterwards. However, the reality is quite different, as I am unable to cancel the automatic renewal selection at all. The system continually displays the frustrating message, 'Renewal is already mapped for the given card.' This situation has left me deeply disappointed. If any software developers from Lyca happen to come across this message, I kindly request prompt assistance in canceling auto-pay. Being pressured into ongoing expenses is an unpleasant experience that no one enjoys.

    Does not show how many megabytes have been used, solve this problem finally and fix online recharging, everything else is great.

  • Can’t see Data balance- app not that great

    I have to login to their website to see my data balance. Mobile app doesn’t have feature. Several features in the app doesn’t work.

  • Terrible app

    Wi-Fi calling can’t be activated in the app. Calls get disconnected every few minutes no matter how good the reception. Store locator in the app doesn’t work at all. Completely incompetent app developers it seems. Avoid Lyca Mobile in the US!

    The app never works. Gets constantly frozen. Never provides accurate information about the plans or data usage. Uninstalling.

  • cannot login no matter how many times i try

    i wanted to cancel auto-renewal but i have no idea how to do it. after logging out of the app, i can no longer log back it.

    it says “ERROR AUTHENTICATE” after i enter my phone number.

    What a great update to the app, the last version was horrible and unusable, good work by Lyca to get this updated very helpfull and usable now.
