Love the site and use it a few times so decked to get the app. Unfortunately its not scaling correctly on my iPhone 13 mini and the phone time/signal bar is interfering with the UI touch points such as search and back.christian.moore

Excellent app
Found lots of things on this app. The only thing is that some objects are out of stock and you don't know it unless you click on it . It would be great to now if it's available or not from the start.Doc amol

Crashing app
DesertCart is great (most times) but the app is terrible. Crashes at every click, even sometimes just when opening the app. Cannot use it at all which is so frustrating. Use to be fine so the updated versions are the problem and has meant I avoid using DesertCart at all now.A6905
Bad experience
I ordered items and they gave me a date to receive and when that date came , The items did not delivered and when I inquired they said that it will be delayed from the seller and again gave me another date that will not fit my schedule accordingly I had to cancel the order and ask for a refund. The problem did not finish here, I submitted the order on Dec. 2020 and until now I did not receive the refund ????
And when I sent an email no one responded.
At the end their costumer services are not good as they should inform the buyer if the items will be delayed (I had a party and I was relaying on their delivery and when I had to cancel I was run out of time and plans) also if they promised a refund the refund must be done not only say things to costumer to shush them and then at the end they ignored my email regarding this issue.
It is really disappointing and also now they will ignore the negatives we are postingShow lessMy name is Lulu
