Terrible!!!!!! Do not use!!!
What a joke this service is! I'm still waiting for an order I placed almost 2 months ago. I tried to get a hold of customer service but it's impossible. This is a common experience with other users.I didn't heed others advice and went ahead and placed an order. Boy, was that a mistake!!!!!Never again!! Take it from me, go elsewhere.Show lessBM8591

This app is a problem unable to load C/c details seriously if you want internet shopping look else where.
I tried opening 2 different accounts same problem 2 different cards same problem

Good selection of products, prices are reasonable considering that they need to be shipped. Only wish shipping delays were less.AChops247

I was never able to complete my purchase through the app or their website. I selected PayPal as payment option but that took me through endless loops of the screen where I have to verify I am not a robot. It never got to the PayPal website for me to choose the payment. I also tried my credit card and entered it twice but nothing happened. I was never given an option to complete the transaction although they charged to verify my card twice. I tried to contact customer service and after 30 minute hold, they just bounced me back to the queue and ignored my messages. Imagine spending all this time just trying to make a payment and placing an order. I’d rather take my business elsewhere.Show lessAdriana04

Hello, although you can find a lot of verity of stuff in this app but you will pay almost 10x times the price, I bought a candy called Fox’s for SAR40/~$10 I just got it and the bag of it says £1 (=SAR5!).
I also searched for another British product and I found the very same result (too expensive price compared to other online stores), will never buy again as I’m frustrated, I don’t even feel like eating the candy that I bought.Show lessAbadyZbady

A lot to improve
There’s a lot of things that they can do to make it better. Currently I hardly find any advantages.
First, the prices are too high, much higher than other platforms (eBay, Amazon) or other online retailers.
Second, the app is buggy. It takes me long time to login and add my credit card to payment. And the price often changes.
Third, the customer service is terrible. I have questions about the products that I am interested in but there’s no way asking questions. And it is not easy to contact the customer service when I have issues with orders. And it takes a long time to inform me a product that I bought is unavailable. I wonder why I could order things that are out of stock and why does it take so long to inform me and issue the refund. But anyway, it has already spoiled my day.Show lessDaybreaker113

Not sure if it’s me but seems impossible to add a credit card through the app. After pressing continue It always go back and asks again for the card details.Capitanmiki
