    like everything else to do with citi commercial, way behind the curve and often borderline unusable. the account transaction view defaulting to "today" and trying to upsell you on something NO OTHER BANK HAS GATED ("want to see today's activity SUCKER? contact your relationship manager for more information SUCKER") is the icing on the cake. i moved the majority of my business traffic to jpm long ago & recommend anyone tired of citi commercial's creaky infra and indifference to customers do the same.

  • Poor Product

    Since iOS 17 was released, every time I click on the Citi business mobile app, it just closes. Therefore, I cannot generate a token to use on the website, nor can I do any banking directly in the app as a result of the constant crash.

    Additionally, CitiBusiness mobile advertises that remote check deposit is available. I actually have a remote check scanner in my office which I pay $25 a month for it. I’m not certain why I am unable to deposit a check using the mobile app, if I am already paying for remote check deposit.

  • Pathetic App

    Perhaps the worst app, as well as the worst mobile banking, I’ve ever encountered. Have attempted to use the mobile deposit feature numerous times without success. There’s always an error message, and even Citibank does not recognize the error message. I’ve never encountered these difficulties with any other mobile bank apps. Citi is quite the analog company, and they should be embarrassed.

  • Idiotic, backward app

    One of the least intuitive and user friendly app I have ever encountered. Mainly trying to use it for mobile check deposit so I don’t have to keep going to the bank. First it took weeks for the remote mobile deposit to be implemented, then once it’s set up, I had to struggle through the phone tree to get someone who can walk me thru making the deposit because guess what, the reason why I can’t make the deposit is bc I have to select my account via a link that doesn’t look like a link, then toss a dice to see if the app would accept the check that I just took a picture of, and maybe 70% of the time it will go through on the first try. Since Monday, the deposit icon cannot be accessed so the one and only purpose I use this app for is rendered useless. Tech support wasn’t even aware CitiBusinessMobile can do remote check deposit. Go figure.

  • App is good nothing else is

    App works fine. However I have been told on 2 occasions that citibank is going to call me within 72 hours to fix my bill pay problems and no one ever calls. So, I call citibank back speak to another representative that can’t fix my problem and they tell me again someone will call me within 72 hours. So far I have spent 4 hours on the phone and still can’t pay my bills properly.

    I own a business, if I treated my customers this way I wouldn’t have any. If I were a stock holder I would sell my stock now, instead of waiting for you to be the next bank to fail. I already am in the process of moving 1/2 my money to another financial institution.

    There’s and old saying burn me once shame on you burn me twice shame on me.

  • Don‘t use Citi!

    I opened a business account in Citi one month ago and closed it by myself today. It’s a nightmare! I just want to make wire transfer online but nobody knows how to do that. I was a ball kicking back and forth between their phone service and local branch. This is the worst business bank service I ever used. Stay away from them!

  • App is a joke

    I’ve had a Citi business bank account for about a year and it’s surprising how outdated this app is especially since their other app has modern appearance and functionality. I also dislike the inconvenience of providing a “token” to log in. It shouldn’t be so hard and time consuming to log in. What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t make it easier or smoother to check my account?

  • Transaction Approval Password Modal Broken

    When approving transactions, the “Accept” button on the password modal window does not activate. This behavior started in the latest app update. Had to approve transactions on the full desktop site.
  • Totally frustrating

    The app works horrible. Cannot log in to online business each time. Wait on phone is lengthy and when I do get a rep (outsourced) on the phone many times I get disconnected after we’re into our 15 minutes conversations. start from scratch again. I wasted many hours each time. Security is overdone. Tokens don’t work well.

    Does not work properly with mobile login on iPhone 14 Pro. Scrolling does not work well.
