  • Really????

    After many attempts to get this going, I had to call the bank to tell me I have to go online, change my profile to accept mobile token. Weird that it was not clear from the app. After I’ve done that, I wasn’t able to access my account online through my hard token!!!!!!! Are you people for real?????? How is it possible for a business to not be able to access at any point its account online? I wanted to use the app to deposit a check online. This is Corona time and I didn’t want to go to the bank. Well, I can’t deposit checks with the app. I’m speechless. Speechless. Unbelievable. How is this possible? 2020!!!

  • Easy to get and use

    Citi just emailed me with (useful) tips on working remotely. I just downloaded the app and used my regular login. Been a client for years but never used the app because i expected a tedious registration process. In fact was very easy!
  • Doesn’t work at all

    Doesn’t even load up, white screen and prompt to change phone settings without any guidance on the settings that need changing. Appears to be worthless app.
  • No mobile check deposit + UI/UX terrible

    It strikes me that the regular Citi bank app is great and the business version is miles behind. They've kept on promising that mobile checks deposit would soon be available but nothing happened in almost two years. Plus you can't use the regular Citi app for mobile check deposit if you have a business account.

  • Great changes

    App looks modern and is easier to use now, glad that Citi is taking customer feedback into account in exciting new solutions
  • A step in the right direction

    Love the ability to access my accounts from my phone. This app is a great start. It gives me the ability to do all the basic every day financial functions quickly. Looking forward to future enhancements to make it even more powerful.
