    I have spent the last 2 months trying to get back on my citi business app it is a horrible situation. I can finally transfer money to my regular personal checking account again. I hope Citibank does something about that I’ve been with them for a long time and I don’t want to change to another bank. My review is consistent with most reviews I’ve read about this app.

  • FRUSTRATED

    How can every other major bank be able to design, maintain and update important business apps….except for Citi!!! I am more than frustrated with this app and I am thinking about leaving Citibank all together!! GET IT TOGETHER CITIBANK!!
  • Useless app

    The most annoying waste of time. You can’t even log on! for the user ID , it gives you the numbers associated with alphabet - as you see on landline phones. Complete waste of time !! How can one manage a business account with an app like this ??
  • Unusable after latest update

    Since the last update every time I try to look at my accounts I am prompted to sign in again. When I sign back in and try to view my accounts, I am prompted to sign in again. This is a very good exercise in remembering my password but not useful for my business banking needs.
  • Citi Broke the Working App with the July 2022 Update

    Very frustrating. Once you log on and try to navigate to accounts it logs you out…. Over and over again ! I worked for one time great institution but this app is a disgrace.
  • Update made it worse

    I am able to log in and view my Home Screen and balances but unable to do any transactions or view individual accounts…it keeps kicking me out. I have contacted technical support but it’s a software issue..I have to manage my account through website
  • Update is Broken

    This app used to give me some visibility into account activity, but after the recent update, as soon as I select an account to get some transaction details, it bounces me back to the login screen. #Useless #broken

    If you like to waste your time ……

    I wrote a scathing review last night. It was never published. This is my second attempt. I just read all 160 reviews. They are accurate and spot on. Citi is updating the system on the app. Really dudes. It takes 5 days ??? When u can reach an agent you get told to use your computer but the little window that instructs you to enter mobile token using an opti little red button is the old fashion hard token device. Totally antiquated and inaccurate. So i spent 1 1/2 hr waiting on line getting shuffled to many depts. a supervisor told me they will provide a token but it only lasts one hour. This is reprehensible. The peeps in charge of this app should be fired and their bosses at the bank should be flogged in front of CitiBusinessMobile customers This bank has radically changed for the worst in the last 10 years. I have been a loyal private client now Citigold customer for over 50 years. I will run run run to chase. Even capital one has a better banking mumble app The regular Citi app is decent.

  • App issues

    Since the latest upgrade I am unable to log in. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app. Changed the password. Still nothing. Keeps kicking me back to enter pin and says my data is incorrect (when it isn’t).
