Almost useless
I just got an email saying this app had been updated but it’s still very antiquated. It’s almost useless for me — I can look up the balance but the main thing I want to do on mobile is deposit a check which can’t be done on this app. So I have to log in to the personal Citi mobile version with my business credentials in order to deposit a check. Which them means the personal app doesn’t remember my credentials or ask for my fingerprint when I want to log in for my personal accounts. I’ve had my personal accounts with CitiBank for many years but if I had known how clunky this app (and also the business web version) was I would have opened my business account at a different bank. I work in finance and log in to many financial institution websites - Citi Business is the worst one I’ve ever seen!Show lessVix 4747

Welcome to 1998, teller banking! Because this pathetic excuse for an app is anything but mobile friendly! Look at your competitors that start with CH!! Their app never crashes, doesn’t require your pathetic tokens, and is super safe for the business and personal banking clients. Manual updating??!!
In this day and age, Citibank expects users to somehow download a new app when the old App is sitting in the device, when updating should be a simple automatic thing to do. In fact it’s far more secure to do automatic updating then it is to do manual replacement which is such a pain in the neck. Very very disappointing.iShow lessZipCar-member
Pretty easy to use
The Citi Business app has been pretty easy for me to transfer money from my business account to my personal checking account. Checking daily balances are a breeze. You can also get tokens to log in via cpu. It’s great for on the go business banking with Citi.Gmia1221
Worse app!
This is honestly the worse banking app, I can only see the balance of the account, but mo transfers or anything else. Even the web version is terrible. Looking forward to move my business to other bank.socieboy
Bad bank, worse app
Can’t even sign out if you need a token for another account, you have to delete the app and reinstall if you ever want to login with a different account.Jamfunk
Easily the most maddening experience I’ve ever had with a bank app
What a relief that someone else had the same experience as I did. This is unconscionable in 2021. Do they actually have business account customers? I’m trying to figure out how anyone can do business with an app that doesn’t enable mobile deposits and doesn’t automatically consolidate all business and personal accounts and credit cards with the bank into one easy-to-manage interface. I just spent a week trying to get everything together. And I still can’t seem to get access to basic payment programs like Zelle on there. I’m amazed they have been able to get away with this level of professional dereliction to their customers. Isn’t this a multibillion dollar bank? This whole thing has just left me so befuddled. Useless
I hate Citibank with a passion but have been banking with them since I was 18 and have all my accounts run through them. This app is a perfect example why. I am a citigold client and a CitiBusiness account holder with a relatively high net worth and am appalled at the way this bank is run.Atlantic_220
Terrible app
Probably the most useless app that doesn’t do what Citibank claims it will do. I would give this a minus 5 rating. I can’t use my commercial online checking to pay ANY of my bills online.H powell
CRAP of an APP
I got an email saying I could (finally) deposit checks thru my phone. After wasting an hour with the app and dealing with customer service, I was told this is STILL not available. Citibank is way behind other banks.Jeff CBC
