  • Truly terrible

    I didn’t believe all the bad reviews, so I downloaded this app for my business. Basically the token I have doesn’t work anymore, you have to get a new one. You can’t link your business and personal account. I was advised to log out of my regular Citi mobile app and log in with my business account. But since I can’t link the accounts, I can’t transfer money or do anything between them. Also, every time you log in or out, you loose the FaceID. I hope Citi will improve their service as any other banks. Until then, do a favor to yourself and don’t download this app.

  • Easily the worst app of any type I have ever used

    This this is not only an extremely poorly designed app, it is barely functional. Also, you can’t set up Zelle on this app. You need to use a separate non-business banking Citi app. It’s nuts. The entire team involved in this app should be let go.
  • Useless it worked for a few months then

    Deleted and downloaded app same.
    I can’t get into my account on app nor on desktop because password has expired AGAIN - can’t view my account unless app releases mobile coin - ridiculous- talked with customer service who then transferred me to a supervisor for temporary password and nobody picked up. I have not been able to view my business bank account in weeks!
    Get it together Citibank!
    I understand high security but when customer cannot access their accounts it’s time to revise your online banking!

  • Waste of time

    Why give me a mobile app that does NOTHING? I can’t deposit checks, send money, pay bills etc like I can with the personal account app! All you use this crap for is to get your mobile token and to view activity. A complete waste.
  • Practically Useless

    It is absolutely wild that a major bank would offer such an antiquated, clunky, largely useless mobile solution in 2020. I had forgotten what it was like to try to do any kind of remote banking circa 2002, but thanks to the CitiBusiness mobile app, I can relive that experience. Like a fossil, frozen in time. No mobile check deposit?! That’s outrageous in 2020. While most (but definitely not all) functionality one would expect for remote banking for a business account is available, if often hard to find, on the web version, practically none of that functionality has been ported over to the mobile app. I can check my balance. I can do a few extremely basic things like transfers. But even the one thing it does reliably—generate tokens—is ludicrously cumbersome. Simple functions take 3, 4, 5 clicks, lots of searching, reading FAQs, etc. Just terrible.

  • Useless

    This lacks one of the most needed function now, online deposit! While Citibank says do everything online, it’s impossible. I seriously doubt the ability and intelligence of the developer and the Citi stuff who approved this app.
  • Cannot load app

    I’ve tried for years do use Citi business Mobile and online banking. Today I tried again and the app won’t load without location services enabled but there is no CitiBusiness mobile settings to edit in my setting list where the other apps are listed. Lame!!!!!! How can this be a major bank with such crummy dysfunctional wast of time mobile services?!! Wow, do they even try to use their own products or is this all done mechanism of hell on earth. If so, then Good job. Using Citi bank services is like a weird level of hell.

  • Mobile access without manual request

    Thanks for getting me mobile access without my requests. This is especially useful as everyone in my team is working from home now.
  • Very disappointing

    Aside from the fact that Citi online technology generally seems to be a recent veneer around what looks like an ancient mid-2000s html website, the biggest issue with this right now is that you can’t deposit checks through this app, and that during the COVID-19 situation. A very strong reason to look for a new bank for your business account once the pandemic subsidizes.
