  • Terrible update

    I’ve been using the old CitiBusiness app for many years and it was inadequate but at least it worked. After the new update, can’t even get beyond the PIN bc it just stays stuck. Worst update ever
  • Worst business banking in existence

    Citibank IT team: wake up!
    this is the worst experience of any business account in existence.
    Look at the reviews you’re getting and make a change. I have business accounts in other banks including Chase -with a completely different user-friendly experience.

  • Not compatible with iPhone 13 Max

    This poorly made app worked on my apple iPhone X but now won’t even launch successfully on iPhone 13 pro max. It crashes upon launch every time. Cannot open app and access OTP 1 & 2 codes. This is ridiculous.

    Has anybody had the same problem where whenever you open the app it immediately kicks you out
  • Poor Reliability

    Not sure what their problem is with this app, but I have constant problems depositing checks. I get error messages, red “x” failures or a message to call their useless 800 number so you can talk to the Philippines and guarantee nothing but a waste of your time. What’s equally more annoying is how much time you spend just depositing one check for it to fail half the time. The best part? You have to pay for this service! Completely unacceptable!

  • Useless app, now just lying about added mobile check deposit feature

    Amazing that one of the biggest banks in the world has a prehistoric banking app. Did not have mobile check deposit capability for years, and now resorting to lying about new capability in recent update! Definitely has no ability to do anything useful.

    The CitiBusinessMobile is by far the worst program we have used. The in person bank makes things easy. For some reason Citi business app is just unusable. There call in customer service is barely functioning as they clearly do not want to fix issues.
  • Worst App possible

    Citibank has never cared for their customers and that couldn’t be more evident with the worst developed app possible. Constantly crashes and is never working when you need it most. I highly advise taking your business anywhere else but Citibank, worst institution and anyone who works there should consider themselves a horrible almost criminal, human being and saying they’re even human is nice.

  • Can’t deposit check with app

    Useless app. Their business website has always been less then cutting-edge, so why would I expect anything different from their mobile app.
  • Horrible plataform

    Very hard to make this app to work. I am so angry with the amount of time I have spent trying to make it work with no success. Have to find another bank.
