Good app but terrible customer support
I’ve been happy with the response and functionality of the app but it is impossible to get any information or a response from the customer service team. I can’t even find out how to collect the money I am owed. Been on hold for 2 hours and no one on the chat can answer any questionsdannyobe
Calendar
I love the app except the calendar. It doesn’t have a green dot on the departing date just the date after. If you compare the calendar in the app vs online the app one throws you way off on departure and return.b1rd1e07
Super glitchy app
It constantly freezes or closes on me when I click on messages. It takes me several attempts to open up conversations with renters. The pages will freeze, flicker, and then shut down multiple times. I find this extremely frustrating. Please fix the app.kimmers1234
Fantastic app
I’ve had very few issues with the app it’s self, every once in a while I’ve had to log into the desktop version to return a deposit but that’s about it. Been nearly a year and I’ve made great money although if I didn’t work from home with a flexible schedule I’m not sure if it would work as well. Either way for me it’s great, keep up the good work!Show lessBtm24
User friendly
Outdoorsy app is very organized and as a owner truly love the fact that it’s easy to print info for the renters. The check in/out process very easy when renting.Yakoma44
App is being super glitchy
The function of this app is great, you can fully operate your outdoorsy account with it. But as of right now I can’t do anything. The screen doubles up and freezes on the dashboard screen. Tried to live chat with the help function and couldn’t even type a sentence. Please fix these glitchesNeedlz413
