App is junk
App is junk. You can’t agree to terms due to screen not sliding all the way. App is always slow. I keep having to close out the app then log back in again. Then it won’t remember my information at log in.ijbhnk

We lost several sales due to maddeningly slow response in trying to execute a credit card order. It usually needs to have you log out and back in again once your shift ends even if shifts are adjacent. We had to have three parents all trying to complete a sale to ensure at least one went through. Very frustrating to use with a customer standing there in front. Could never get any card reader to work. I don’t recommend at all but what options do we have? Feels like we (scouts) are being taken advantage of.gyyvdfchnnh

One of the worst app ever
After I paid the cash owed on the app and still showing cash owed; and very inconvenience to use, had to login every time before the scout knock on neighbor’s door otherwise you have to make them waiting; app keeps saying sales $0… wish we had other choiceschemyangjut

Horrible!
The idea of this is great, but it NEVER works. It crashes ever single time your processing an order. I end up hand writing every order and putting them into the app after we get home so I’m not standing on someone’s doorstep for 20 minutes trying to log back into the app and re doing the entire order. The “remember me’ option at log in doesn’t work at all! I have to log in everytime I try to put in an order. Hands down the worst sales app I’ve ever had to use. Only good thing is once you finally get all your orders into the app it calculates your total and amount of items you need.MtViking
