Best Airport Parking APP!
WallyPark is the place to go for stress free parking! The facility is always clean and the shuttles are always running. You don't have to worry about getting to the airport on time or waiting to get picked up to go back to your car. I have been using WallyPark since 2015 and I won't use any other airport parking service. The app makes it easy! The staff is friendly and helpful. I hope the company expands to smaller airports. One recommendation I have is to update the app so your reservations are easier to find.

Highly recommend WallyPark!
Easy booking, parking and leaving. Clean, safe, nice staffs, quick pickup. We’d definitely use this garage parking again.

Although improving it is still glitchy and slow to respond. Does not recognize a transaction even when it completes. Recently I ended up with duplicates. Fortunately I found that and cancelled the second one in time! Keep working on it!
Terrible
I have been a long time WallyPark customer. They used to have cards to swipe at entry. Did away with those and now they have a app to make reservations. I’ve tried numerous times on different occasions to make reservations with two different cc’s. Nothing works! So frustrating.
Then I try to upload my receipts as there is an option on the app, and it doesn’t allow me!!

Update the Crash Bug
This is insane. I have even emailed support and no responded. That over a month ago! This is ridiculous! Horrible customer service. I have three trips I was going to purchase parking for. FORGET IT!

App needs improvement
Parking history shows the same dates for all previous parking, only the amounts are different…
Garbage Design though it works
Whoever designed this app had no clue how to design the UI. You pull into the parking lot and get told to scan your barcode. Cool! But where is it in the app??? BURIED under a … button in the Manage your Reservations settings. STUPID as you fumble searching for it while other cars behind you honk in impatience.
WAKE UP Wallypark you should put todays reservation barcode ON THE START SCREEN!!! Dont you guys drive test drive your own app????

Unusable
Clunky setting dates and times and crashes continuously to the point that I have never been able to make a reservation no matter how many times I have tried over the years.
Crash, Crash and more crash
Not sure if it is due to Wallypark not keeping upgraded with IOS 16 but the app just keeps crashing for me when trying to make a reservation. The web solution is worse.
