App not functioning
I don’t travel often but the past three times I have, I’ve attempted to book through the WallyPark app and it never functions correctly. This most recent time, I put in my travel dates but it stalls out after that and never loads the parking type options. It’s too bad because the one or two times I’ve parked there, it was by far the best service and price, but alas, I have again had to make my reservation elsewhere.Show lessKhrath
App does not work at all
Crashes when making reservation, so need to do that on web site. Errors when trying to access barcode, need to use the confirmation email. Can't call a shuttle or the office from the app. Why do we need the app then?A. Happy User
Slow and buggy
Only marginally useful for handling reservations. Takes forever to load, and adding a pass to Apple wallet NEVER works. Why isn’t there a faster shortcut to bring up the pass quickly for easy check in/out?!

Poor functionality
Many of the functions are either unavailable or clunky. Apple wallet does not work. Current reservations always fall into past registrations. Requests to rate pop up every time you open the app even when just trying to check in. Generally inconvenient and poor function.Blah blah bladdy blah
Need Bug Fixed On Wallet & Reservation
App always fails to add my ticket info to my wallet. Searching for reservations always brings up the oldest reservation first and current reservation shows nothing even though my reservation isn’t complete with my departure.Leonidas4224
App has issues
Current reservations do not show up in that list. Nothing does. Past reservations all have the current day’s date so it is difficult to find your current t reservation.Lifeflight Pilot
Is it possible to leave less than one star
The app stopped working as I arrived at the parking lot. Showed as if I had no reservations, and I was unable to open it. Luckily I screenshot the page when I first booked my reservation, or I would’ve been out of luck! Then there was no info under the “contact us” drop down, so I had zero assistance if I hadn’t screenshot the screen with my reservation. Awful, just awful!Show lessJamwo212
Horrible to use
This app is horrible. Any open reservations don’t show in the “open stays”. No, you have to go to your history to see them. And when you do, they all show the same date for whatever was the most recent reservation, making it horrible to open one when you need to scan in to the garage.The J
So many bugs!
Definitely the worst and most buggy app on my phone. Able to make a reservation but that’s about it. Doesn’t let you view your upcoming reservations, doesn’t let you save to Apple wallet, doesn’t let you edit reservations, doesn’t let you request the shuttle, crashes all the time.anonymous apple review writer
Neither App nor Website work
Tried this app once before and deleted it because I could never get my password to work more than one use.
Decided to try again and no change. So, bye bye app. And, I’ll continue to book as a guest on line when I use these guys.Desco44
