  • Doesn’t work well with dark mode

    Text disappears. App lets you make reservations for lots that are full and gate closed. Wasted 45 minutes going through three lots reservations before finally had to use valet parking.
  • App crashes on profile page

    I’m seeing issue with app crashes when scrolling on profile page. Also I did not get confirmation email on work email to activate corporate discount rate after entering my work email when creating account.
  • App is ok

    The app is not intuitive. It works most of the time but not always. Very difficult to see if all of the discounts and reward points have been applied. I find apps for other parking places are just much easier to use.
  • Pickup @ airport

    WP needs to up their game on pickup service at the airport. The last few times we had to wait 15-30 minutes for a shuttle while other busses came and left, over and over. Not acceptable. We have been loyal customers for a long time but there are many alternatives; we may try one next time.

    I’ve used Wally Park on my last several trips and feel the service via valet is great. Easy to drop your car, shuttles are right there and very timely. Rates are comparable to other lots, discounts and coupons are available and you don’t waste time waiting on a large bus to terminal. Pick up is easy, fast and if parked in valet car is ready to go when you arrive back at facility.
    Nothing fancy about lot or building but you’re parking a car not staying there!

  • OK when it works - No user support

    Password stopped working (didn’t change it - use it regularly). Tried password reset many times. Nothing. Tried calling Seattle for help, no answer or full voice mail. Initiated web trouble ticket because there is no customer service phone. After five days my ticket has had no action. It’s a convenient garage but the poor IT and lack of support is driving me to a new garage.

  • Needs improvements

    Crashes every time I open it.

    Employees do not seem to understand how it works.

    The scan screen disappears and you are not able to use it coming or going.
  • Online booking made easier

    This is app is simple to use and gets to the point. The view shuttles feature is nice to see moving shuttles in real time. I can even text for pickup instead of having to call. Can’t wait for more developments!

  • Weird

    Contact form won’t submit. Asks for phone number. Click on phone and list of facilities with phone comes up. Worthless form. Reservations made a half hour ago won’t show up in History or Upcoming reservations. Can’t make a change at all.

    I chose the service to clean inside of car but they didn't. I reported this problem to their customer service at the night picking my car, then the lady in front desk wrote down my problem and numer and told me they would call me to process refund next day. Then I wrote an email next day, but still didn't receive any refund or response from them.
