No barcode for checkin? Can’t make reservation
How do you checkout with no barcode or account number to identify you? I assume that you need to make a reservation but I can’t because it can’t identify my profile and process payment - so what do I do?
Also says compatible with Apple Wallet, but I gave up trying to add itRicoloconinja
App doesn’t work
I have tried 4 different emails and they all say that I already have an account and that I have to reset my password. I submit my email for password reset and never received any email for the password reset. I had someone else try and the same thing happened with them.grandote64

Not working
I have a reservation made online. The App shows I have a reservation that gives me ERROR Timed out when I want to see my reservation. After I press Dismiss ket it shows a reservation dated in year 2017 in San Diego which I don’t live there. It is useless unless the Developer fix it.shamboy
Won’t even let me login
I went through the whole process of signing up & the app shuts down every time I try to login. It even says that the bug is fixed...guess not. Their website isn’t working either. I guess they don’t really want my business very much8735p&y6777
SD Garage not fully utilizing the app
I love the app. It’s easy to make reservations, great to track shuttles, and provides immediate discounts. I wish the San Diego garage would make full use of the app. They wave customers in and hand them a slip of paper. Worse than that, in order to leave, you have to show a printout of the email you received when making the reservation. Why? I pay up front for the service when making the reservation. Then, the attendant won’t let me leave the garage without a physical printout even though I showed him the same information on the app. Frustrating.Show lessNitrojunky 2012

Crashes and data inconsistencies
Cannot view profile without app crashing.
I created a reservation through the website and it doesn’t show up in the app.
Switching out of the app or closing it with Touch Id login turned on doesn’t result in a new request for a Touch Id verification- the app is already logged in.ElGanadorDos
