Needs A LOT of work(because it doesn’t work)
No fix if you cannot download firmware updates and you are using an iPhone. Apparently Sram is aware of this and no fix is expected any time soon.norcal.chris

I just downloaded the app and I’m trying to create an account. Doesn’t matter how complex or simple the password I’m trying to use, it tells me that my passwords don’t match. So, I haven’t even gotten past the first step of installing the app let alone getting to the point where nothing else works like most of the other reviews claim.Show lessFish476

App worked fine, turned on fast shifty thingy and micro shift to check chain. Installed firmware and chilledhpisd 7th Grader
Hostile user experience
There’s no way to use this app and not walk away angry. I’m supposed to keep pushing buttons and connecting things and choosing “master” component, whatever that means. Can’t add multiple to one bike? What? Good luck making an adjustment in the field with this random login requirement. Not that you could do it in a reasonable amount of time anyway given how utterly flaky it is.
Note to SRAM: I know you build bike components not software. But factor in the true cost of outsourcing this. I am avoiding Flight Attendant because i can’t imagine relying on this app to deal with my suspension. I have no faith that your App team knows how to create a UX to make your products viable.Show lessjbranc

App starts up fine and logins in. When I got to connect controller and derailer it never pairs to phone/app. The device will show up to update but won’t fully pair making it so I can not access the features. Makes the whole system less useful without being able to change setting.APP Makes me sad

All I need to do is reverse the polarity on my VERY expensive wireless shifter. I can not even sign up on this app. I mean I don’t know what’s more of a waste of money at this point my college program or this product. I give this unit two stars because unlike FORTIS college this provides a usable product, both equally disregard user standards though. Let me rephrase that, BOTH DISREGARD THE USER.Show lessVhdhd
App crashes when switching TyreWiz to psi
SRAM AXS app quality is somewhere between alpha and beta. Nothing really works 100%. In latest iteration TyreWiz defaults to Bar and when switching to PSI, app crashes and shuts down. Before the screen would refresh like a broken 50yr old TV. It is amazing that SRAM is ok to damage their otherwise great brand with this poor quality app.Show lessDev Ninja

This is annoying. Stuck in bar rather than psi for pressure. Each time I change to psi app crashes. Used to work fine before.Polymathic

Doesn’t work
Honestly mind blowing how terrible the app is for such a successful company. Won’t add or find components. Just so slow and buggy. Doesn’t matter though already dumped the pot of gold on components so hopefully it starts working.mightysalmon1
