  • Enhanced mode becomes default

    It is nice to be able to control the drivetrain by the app, however, enhanced modes are forced on the drivetrain every time the app is used. Additionally, normal shifting is only available when enhanced is turned off rather than an election with the two enhanced modes.
  • Fairly bad for what should be a simple app

    This app is bad and needs work. It won’t let me include both the Reverb and Derailleur systems to my one bike profile. “Only one system per bike allowed“?!? That doesn’t make sense for a mtb that can have both a dropper and shifting system.

    Other problems include one shifter that doesn’t show the battery level in the app. It also has some system that failed linking to the app, but can’t be identified or deleted. Even when deleting and reinstalling the app. It shows up as a “0” item.

    I was able to turn on the multishift setting for the derailleur and check for the latest firmware. That’s it.

    I would love for all the components to show up in my (one) bike profile, for the battery levels to all be shown when connected, and some minor improvements overall to how component/status and settings can be managed/viewed. First two requests seem basic.

  • Tragically bad app

    SRAM really blew it with the AXS app with mediocre performance on top of a disappointing Force eTap component groupset.

    I have lost confidence with SRAM and would not recommend until significant improvements in the AXS app. Simple fix: Make it work like the SRAM Red 22 double tap mechanical groupset. All rear derailleur controls on the right shifter only. Duh... Make the app work in landscape mode on my iPad.

  • No wonder It’s 2.6

    I don’t know where to begin. I love the bike it’s attached to but I
    can’t update software and it won’t provide any information on the controller. I deleted and reinstalled like others and still nothing. One time the controller diagnostic appeared then disappeared. Thank God I can shift with it.
  • Can’t login to app

    The app no longer allows me to login. I can login on the web site but not on the app. Completely useless and there is no information available regarding update status or work-arounds. Very disappointed in SRAM.

    This app is perpetually broken. I can’t ever log in. Support told me to change my password and that worked. Until it happened again. I’m sorry, if I have to continue to create a new password every time I want to use it im just not going use it.

  • Frustrating

    I was excited to get on my brand new road bike, but setting up the SRAM components with this app was incredibly frustrating, and dulled my enthusiasm. Like others, it just hangs up. Unfortunately, SRAM’s website doesn’t help either.
  • FW Update not working

    ***Update - This issue is resolved. Thanks for the quick response by Sram***Trying to update the FW on my Sram Red AXS FD, RD, and shifters. Update appears to be successful, but then app reports old FW again and says update available. There is either an issue with the app itself, or the latest FW. It was successful updating the power meter.

  • Needs help

    So in the drop down list to setup my chainrings doesn’t have the option for SRAM AXS 2X 44/33T even though that’s what I have on my bike. The option for a “Custom” is only 1X, you can’t add 2X The app doesn’t read when I’m in the big chainring at all and SRAM is saying it’s a Garmin issue, even though I have the most up to date version of software in my Garmin.

  • Not happy yet

    I’ve been trying for several weeks to get connected with no success. “Connecting” just times out. It asked for firmware update but doesn’t update. SRAM customer service promises to contact me but days later, no.
  • App worked then it lost my profile

    App was working great since I’ve had it paired with my AXS grouppo, however it seems that since last app upgrade that my bike profile and associated infos all vanished and are no longer displayed or retrievable. Bummer.
