It’s okay but
So my SRAM Force AXS groupset runs the 48/35 rings. This app is convinced I’m always riding in the 35 tooth ring. That needs to get fixed because it’s spitting out gear ratios that are completely false. My Garmin has no problem with this, so it shouldn’t be too much for the very company that makes the groupset to have zero problems as well.
Also, it’ll be really nice when everything I do in the app doesn’t take me to my browser.

Can’t update firmware anymore
I used to be able to update my firmware, but it no longer lets me. Can still connect and change settings though...Red Sagittarius
Worked, but...
I was able to configure my new Sram Red AXS drive train through the app. However, It repeatedly hung and I was forced to restart the app several times. I had no trouble updating the firmware of each of the shifting components including the power meter. I was unsuccessful at reaching the setup menu on my iPhone and eventually stopped and installed the app on my iPad. I was then able to connect to all components at the same time and get into the setup menu.
On I positive note, the changes I made to actuation and sequential shifting worked perfectly and have been very satisfying.
Sram has a special challenge in that the app must connect to each of the 4 wireless shifting components simultaneously. Presently, Campagnolo and Shimano only need to connect to the singular interface because the parts are hard-wired to eachother. Given Sram’s special challenge, the current version is barely adequate and needs some serious refinement.Show lessClifford gettysburg
Pretty useless
Consider app useless and max one-star since it can’t find my Quarq power meters so I have no way to check on battery life or needed upgrades. Don’t know what else to say other than I hope they have someone working on a app that actually works.Pincha_Loaf
Axs app
Downloaded app and installed on iPhone to configure new sram ax’s Force 12 eTap. App crashes immediately. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same results— app crashes immediately. Tried to find help on app, no help. No support, in complete testing and an app that is unusable. It’s seems that sram is not up to standards with their software.Show less2019badcode
Update killed app
Update from late October 2019, app won’t even load, I get an intro screen then it crashes. I uninstalled, rebooted, still won’t load. Now have no idea how much battery I have left. Hope it makes it.Stiksanstones71

Last update ruined the app
Since the last update, I cannot get into SETTINGS even though all the components show they are connected. Now, no way to go from sequential to compensating shifting or visa versa.
Also, the rear derailleur shows a QUESTION MARK next to it, and clueless what this means. All components including RD have been updated to latest firmware

Would be a good app if the bugs got worked out.
