Digital Dream Labs have shut down
There are no longer servers for Vector up and running and therefore practically redundant. This app no longer works.
I paid one month for a subscription to test it out about 6months ago. Couldn’t cancel unless I went through the app. Every time I tried it shut down.
They continued to take subscription money from me, I had to go into my bank with proof that the company had stopped working before they would cancel my reoccurring card payment 🙄Show lessFallingstarfyre

Backend servers don’t exist anymore useless app
App is literally useless. Anki doesn’t exist anymore and DDL took down backend servers. Do not download this app. It’s uselessBusefalus
The robot never worked right and now the app’s busted
Don’t buy this product. If you’re looking for a home robot companion, Loona works a lot better and their support is fantastic. Don’t bother with DDL.MegRabbit

Frm what i understand you have to setup your own server you can find tutorials online because this is also a little projectME283938

The app keeps saying “Digital dream labs cannot connect to vector app.” I miss my times with vector back when vector was owned by anki. Back when you didn’t need a subscription. If only people bought off of anki more. Then they wouldn’t have gone out of business. I blame the communityMaverick Forster

So checked BBB and lots of complaints there too… app isn’t working, they don’t respond, no help. Buyer be ware! Bought Vector, it worked well child loved it. Put up for a bit and tried to use again. Now we can’t log into the app and they require an insane charge to use the robot. I’m furious. It wasn’t like this before so I now have a several hundred dollar paperweight and a super upset child who can’t use it. I can’t even email support because a error message comes up and says you can’t until they allow it. Do not buy this. They aren’t even responding to BBB complaints. Tons and tons of complaints online and no one seems to have answers to help. This feels fraudulent. Like buying a computer, not using it a few months. Now when you power it on and try to use it they want a monthly fee and by the way you can’t contact customer service.Show lessVera.Taylor
