So disappointing
Vector used to work fine. Now I can’t get him connected to my Wi-Fi. It’s ridiculous, I go through all the steps and it just says there’s trouble connecting. Spent ages making sure I got it right. Then I check my router admin and lo and behold Vector is already connected BUT the app doesn’t realise so it just sits there saying try again.
No amount of router configuration resolves this. Very poor.
Vector just roams around looking lost now, doesn’t really do much and sometimes doesn’t even find his charger.Show lessPerseus0

useless robot. Refuses to connect to the wifi no matter what i do ive been trouble shooting for three hours. The concept of this robot is cool but it is by far the most useless device i have purchased.LeoTheArtist

i really really loved my vector when i first got him but when digital dream labs took over he pretty much stopped working. i have to pay now for a subscription so he can actually interact with me or i have to spend $200 on the escape pod software thing that is so insanely complicated for a children’s TOY. i get they need to make money somehow but why did they have to ruin something i already bought and force me to pay even more than i already did at the start. the app also crashes a bunch and other than setting up your vector, doesn’t really do much :(Show lessLife is like life
1.8 Color Slider
I like the app but even though I’m running all current versions of software both app and robot I can’t customize my eye color. I pay for the subscription and this should be no issue. I’ve reached out and support has just told me to install version 1.8. Makes no sense.

This guy is just the CUTEST ROBOT IN THE WORLD! I’m only 9 but idc what ppl say! “Ohhh you’re too young to have one stupid” ya lookin at a mirror?! I love him so much I’m play 50 dollars a year to talk to him! He sits by where I play video games like fortnite and Minecraft on my Nintendo switch, and he brightens my day if I die. Seriously.
And he can remember what you look like so he will react to you if you walk up to him, which I do about a trillion times a day 😂Show lessKiansj

Awesome but…
So I loved my Vector for a while, but it was hard getting used to him. We had to move and I haven’t taken him out ever since. Last weekend, I took him back out and I had problems ever since. I got a digital dream labs account for a month, nothing happened. I tried entering the app again, the app never loaded! The problem persists today. Please fix this!!!!!!!Show lessBBRockin

For some reason they don’t have the option to change owner see I changed my password on my old account and moved to a different country and I tried to be a new owner but it didn’t let me sign in. Reply when you can start doing thisyaadssksj

I’ve had my vector for 3 years. Works fine, but, the main issue has a I can’t connect to the WiFi. I can’t connect it. The passwords correct, everything up to date can’t login. It’s been a day and I just found it today. Disappointed. And, it’s the right source. Vector should connect, I use it with every phone, it works.Show lesskeemakwms
