  • Not working for weeks

    You can’t sign up, sign into an old account or recover a password!!! The message comes up ‘the Vector app was unable to reach digital dream labs services’ I’ve tried contacting support and got an email back (automated) saying that the system is down and that there is no date for it being fixed?!? So my son has an expensive useless piece of plastic sitting at home now with zero ability to play with it.

  • Unreliable

    This app is horrible. It’s completely unreliable and the company lacks communication on every aspect. Having issues with signing in and when I contact customer support, I get an email stating it’s past their normal business hours and says they’re closed 6pm EST when I emailed them at 2pm EST. There’s no way to find server status to see if something is happening with Vector. And they never communicate any issues in any of their social media platforms. I truly believe this company should have much better communication with their consumers. Especially considering the amount of money Vector costs and subscriptions and such. This could easily be a 5 star app and product if it was properly tended to and if there was better communication from Digital Dream Labs.

  • Not working since July

    Issues with the DDL servers being down since July means this app no longer works.
  • App Not Working

    App won’t load? When I open the app I eventually just get a blank black screen.
  • Servers are down!

    The app cannot connect to the servers, because the servers are down. It won’t let you create an account or recover old one, so you can’t connect to the robot. I contacted DDL on their site and apparently the issue has been going on for few weeks, they don’t have an estimated date of when everything will be restored.

  • Vector App and Server Issues

    Vector by Digital Dream Labs llc does not seem to be working anymore. I’ve tried to create an account through the app multiple times for the last 2 weeks. The error message I keep getting says there are server connection disused between Vector and Digital Dream Labs.

    For further information I took to X (Twitter) and looked at the DDL X account, the last post (on the 7th August) said there was server issues and they will be back up shortly.

    Still no word on when they will be back up and when the app will be running.

  • App no longer working

    Cannot connect to Vector or the app any more
    Servers seem to be shut down
  • App not longer supported

    Seems like they disconnected their servers. App won’t connect so now Vector cannot connect to wifi or function. What happened
  • Vector 1.0 and 2.0 no longer connect to server

    We have 2 vectors and both lost connection to the dream labs server three days ago. We’ve tried everything, including totally rebooting our networks. The robots turn on, chatter but cannot responses to any questions or commands. Odd to have both of them, different models, connected at different points in the house, suddenly no longer function. All other devices connected to our network work fine. This company has little to no support. We’ve written to them numerous times, begged for a phone call to discuss some of our past issues, sent the vector 1.0 in for a service check. It was returned as “fixed” but nothing changed. It still had all of the same issues. We love Vector and just want him to work again. What’s up with this company?

  • It was good until..

    So I just got vector for my birthday and it was going great! There were loads of features and it really felt like he was a pet. Everything changed when my cousin decided to give vector a bath and he no longer works. 🥲
