  • No longer working

    Since the last update, I now have non English language buttons, the night vision no longer works as it should and almost doesn’t let me even view the camera itself via the app.
  • Cameras

    I have 5 cameras I use my Wi-Fi no major problems with cameras. Works great as long as your internet/ wi-fi is good. Motion works great only problem I don’t like is once you set motion detector all cameras have it. I preferred to have 1 or 2 cameras with it. It’s either non or all cameras. Love the cloud but it costs 70 dollars a year but if someone takes ur camera it’s saved to the cloud. You can use a SD card in the slot 128 GB but check it out before you buy it. Different GB on some cameras audio works good. Night vision good. I never regretted buying mine. Linked to my I phone. Over all I give it a 98 out of 100

  • Goes offline everyday

    I’ve been using this camera just over a year now - it’s been fine, I liked it. Now it goes offline every single day I try to check my dogs I leave at home, from my work. Which means clearly I can’t see anything until I get home and connect it again at home where my dogs are. What is the point to have this camera if I can’t see anything and pay for the subscription. And so fuss that I have to take a ladder to climb up on and take the camera off the ceiling and re connect all over again every day!!!
    Yet there’s no way I can contact their customer service/help centre to ask for the advice because there’s nowhere I can contact to.
    I just have paid for a year only a month ago. What a waste of money!

  • Doesnt work on 4G data

    Camera is great and all clear when connected to wifi. However since last update I cannot monitor the camera when im outside home. I have 4g internet on my phone and it’s not working anymore unless I connect to a wifi again. It used to be fine even on 4g data before but now I don’t know what happened. It’s sad coz I cant see or monitor my child now when I’m at work or outside our house. Please do something.

  • Hard wire

    I have been using this app and cameras for a couple of years and they are okay, had loads of problems in the beginning with Wi-Fi , cameras needing resetting frequently, Hard wired with Ethernet and no problems, however there has been a recent app upgrade and the app screen layout is not as good as previous.

  • Needs a DARK MODE!

    Haven’t had any issues with the camera or the app. Been using it for a few years. I really would love a dark mode tho! I use it in my kids room and when I check in them in the middle of the night, the white is so bright, that it’s hard to see what’s going on even with the night vision. Please consider making a dark mode and it would be perfect!!!

  • No nightvision after 60 days

    The camera’s IR nightvision stopped working after 60 days. It still senses motion but there is no longer any video at night. This issue started immediately after a firmware update. I contacted the manufacturer and all they would do is sell me another camera. The app needs work as well. The scheduling feature does not work so the camera is always on unless it is manually turned off. The last firmware update would not load because the camera was switched off at the time it was ready to update. When I selected update later and turned the camera on the update was no longer avaiable. Im hoping the next update corrects these issues.

  • Annoying Popups

    This app has worked well for the year I’ve used it, but now they have an annoying popup trying to sell an additional service I do not wish to purchase that appears every time you go to the main screen, even if I have already dismissed it in the same viewing session.
  • Perfect!

    I wanted this baby cam to watch my elderly grandmother while I take my kids to school, (to make sure she doesn’t get up). It has been perfect, the camera is good, it had a few steps to set up but only took 10 mins. It has really taken the stress off me to be able to take my kids to school knowing my grandmother is still sound asleep thanks to the cam!

  • I wouldn’t buy this again

    Not only is the sound bad and when the camera moves all you hear is this annoying sound . Also I wanted to have it recoding for the month and I paid up front and it’s only letting me go back 3 days and I’ve checked and checked and cannot find any customer service phone number or e-mail this company is shady after this month I’m done and I’m going with a legit company like Ring or Nest. Don’t buy this .
