Use 3rd party apps with this camera
I purchased a camera and used the app it came with. Everything was fine for a few days, then loud, stupid sounds started sounding when I opened the app, so I just muted them. I assumed this was to force you to buy something like unnecessary cloud storage when the camera is perfectly capable of memory storage for free. Then they disabled the cameras through my email they forced you to use with their app. On the bright side, these cameras are nothing but reprogrammed brands already on the market, and work great with most 3rd party apps. Firmware update needed
I bought two camera two years ago for security and they worked fine however recently they’ve obviously had new firmware updates which render them virtually useless for real-time use. VERY slow to respond from app. Position can take tens of seconds to minutes to respond therefore missing any action and zoom once fine is now all over the place. Also one camera clicks at 4am does a 360 revolve before clicking and moving back to position which to me suggests ‘someone’ spying? Update: both cameras now constantly going offline everyday. The developer has so much potential but doesn’t want this to be the best.
The app gives you a candy crush ad that has to time out before you can view your cameras. Unprofessional, tacky, greedy and dysfunctional. If you purchase the cloud service, then you don’t have to pound through their stupid ads. Hey Mr. developer I’m not ever going to subscribe to your cloud service. I’m not ever going to use any of your ads to make a purchase. I’m not ever going to click the link to give you any additional income. Next time charge me five dollars for the application and leave me alone after that.Show lessUsla1

Got the 20 after ordering if could get to receive codes couldn’t get any one help me so I have three cameras if some would that get deal I have lost 250 dollars thim be caused that give 30 days returns that ease gone whim Igor thim installed but Uber that put this with there review buy the camera might be good but company is not I will the better business bureau no you want you right bad review i tuck a pitcher to send thim this will be on for news kep eyes open that ok because it wii be on tvShow lessit will on tv
Not impressed.
The app is not user friendly, the device works occasionally , and overall you get what you pay for with this cheap product. If you are serious about installing security camera’s in your house DO NOT BUY THESE.
What’s also fun is you have to buy a subscription for cloud service.

Either it’s a fake or a flake
Can’t register any which way can’t use product=waste of time and money. If support will help get camera up and running I will obviously change my opinion and review but with no observing possible it’s a terrible choice of productARhymer
Not recognizing as card
We just got this camera and while it was easy to set up and we are liking some of the features, it really would have been great to learn that it didn’t recognize the Ed card right away. I’ve had several of these types of cameras over the years and always a simple thing. Insert the card, plug it in, set it up and good to go.
This camera has been running for hours tonight, got a message that the motion detector was tripped and went to check the card on the video only to find out that it’s not showing as connected. So I did what it said to do. Took it out, unplugged it, put it back in and connected the power. Again nothing. Then I tried rebooting or. Again nothing.
My card is the correct size, format, etc. this is extremely frustrating as this is why we got this particular model so we could use the card. We do not want the cloud storage nor will we be purchasing a membership. Just want our card to work.Show lessFarley213
Failed to play back the recorded video.
I have one of the worst experience through this APP. I can’t check the recorded videos of the past hours saved in SD card installed in the camera. Every time when I check the recorded video it’s shows that “failed to play back “ I contact to the after sales service of the security camera company they told me that change the SD card of your security camera. I bought new SD and still face the same problem. Perhaps this APP deliberately created this problem so that customers purchase their cloud packages!!!Show lessjames2698
Horrible Service
We ordered these cameras and began to follow steps to start operating. However, the connection failed multiple times and would not start. So we wanted to send them back for a refund. We emailed a video of how it didn’t connect just like the directions say to. We didn’t hear back from this company for over a week so I sent another email as a follow up. Their answer was we could send the cameras back, but we’d have to pay for shipping, which would cost just as much as the value of the refund. What a rip off!

Extremely frustrated
I DO NOT RECOMMEND**
I brought the camera to use as a baby monitor. . . Set up was fine, there were a few issues in the first few weeks however after adjusting the settings seemed to fix all but 2; the device is meant to be live streaming its delayed about 4seconds & the device turning its self off every night between 3-4am.
Since the last two updates to the app there are now adds every time I open the app - they have to play for 5 seconds before it allows you to skip them to view the actual cameras footage. . . Since the updates the live camera view footage is about an additional 5seconds more delayed then it already was
Absolutely disappointed; frustrated!
