Horrible app
Doesn’t work. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and it constantly tells me I’m not using the updated version! HUH!!! Doesn’t save my username nor my password and then when you do get it, nothing. You guys pulled a trick on us with this app. Sad thing is, the full website isn’t any better. Way to go Lincoln!!

Hardly works
The find a dentist feature almost never works properly. You just click and it does nothing. Last update was 7 months ago at the time of this review, so that’s pretty insane. No find a dentist option that I can find on their website, so I just have to check multiple times a day for several days to see if the feature is going to work.

Broken
It’s dental insurance... not my tax records or bank info. I’m not sure why I have to jump through a million hoops to log in... and put in a text confirmation code every time... only to be logged back out. This app is not worth the hassle. I wish I had read reviews before downloading and wasting my life. The app is not user friendly at all.

Useless
What’s the point of downloading an app if I have to log in every time to use it? Especially when it’s a poorly designed app with no real functionality other that holding my insurance cards.

Doesn’t work most of the time
Most of the time when I log in I get a message that they can’t find my account, or the screen is just gray.
Don’t trust this app
I normally don’t write reviews. This app has very concerning usage of your location services and the sign in process asked (and knew) things that only a Secret Security Clearance would require. All of this for a DENTAL CARD? Yeah no, deleted.
STOP - Don’t Bother
This app was created to be viewed on a laptop not on a phone. (Even my relatives over 90 use their phones).
Also, if you need information don’t bother calling Lincoln directly. They cannot help you with the app and worse than that they cannot help you anticipate fees. They can’t call that department. No one can!

Uggh!
Broken.Useless.Garbage! Nothing but a blank or spinning screen. I can only get it to redirect me to a faq webpage.
This might be the worst app I have ever used.
Fights you to log in. Fights you to authenticate. Fights you to access the menu. It’s really just terrible. Why bother even making an app if you’re not going to put any effort in and it serves next to no purpose?
