I would rate it a zero if I could because I can’t even create an account without the app shutting down. Completely worthless.

Pointless and broken
This app is completely worthless is doesn’t work at all you have to fight to log in and when you do it’s always a technical issue error never can actually access my account and trying to register my phone is another broken aspect of this app again always an error why not take this mess down and fix it before offering to let people get it the quality of this app and inability to work speaks volumes for the service expected from this company

Safari in an App
This app is nothing more than a web browser. Trying to fill out forms and read things requires scrolling from side to side to view an entire webpage. Poor app, stick with a regular browser.

Does not work
I’ve downloaded the app and can not log in because it says it needs to send a verification card. Code never sent. But when I log online I have to issue.

I downloaded the app, because Lincoln Handles our dental benefits through work. As soon as I downloaded the app, they asked for my date of birth and social security number. Nope! Keep your app - that’s ridiculous! My health insurance app doesn’t require all that and I won’t provide it to use the app! Immediately UNINSTALLED!!
