Wish I could give 0 stars. App doesn’t work at all
Can’t even register or log in. The app crashes as soon as I enter any piece of information. Why even put the flyer for the app in with my new cards? It does nothing.

Can’t log in. Can’t register. Unusable.
Irritating
This app requires a leg two arms and your first born child to set up. I got to the end and received a code for two factor authentication and it kept telling me I had the wrong code. I had it resend a code 3 times! Finally, I clicked on contact customer service which leads you down another rabbit hole! A waste of my time! I’m paying a premium for this?

TERRIBLE APP
I can’t even log in. When I click on the field for my username, it blanks out and takes me to my phones home screen.
Worthless
After enduring the uncalled for lengthy sign in process, this app does absolutely nothing. It won’t load any information, just the spinning circle. A complete waste, the idea is ok, and many insurance companies do this rather successfully, this is not one of those companies.
Awful.
This app is awful, outdated, and useless. There is no point in getting this, just go on a computer browser. Their website is almost just as bad through.
Bad interface
It can’t find me even when I put in the group/policy number. Don’t waste your time trying to use it. Terrible.

This app is not meant for a phone clearly. It’s hard to use, bugs out, and I’ve been trying to log in for 25 minutes. I’m beyond irritated.
Very convenient
I can search for local dentists, access my Dental ID Card and see Explanation of Benefits. Nice!
Decent
Not the slickest looking app but allows me to pull up my dental ID card and benefits instead of carrying around the physical card.
