Complete waste of money. The app lost all of my data and I wasted test strips when the app froze and has remained frozen.Great concept but not ready for prime time.
Tried to use this. The app would not take the photo of the strip after multiple tries. No help function. No videos on YouTube to show me if I’m scanning it properly. No real help at all. I went to sign in on the website and got a server security error that locked me out of my account.

I love using vivoo strips to see if everything is ok with my body. I love fast results and recommendations it gives for improvements.App doesn’t work
Took the test and waited for half an hour and it still did not give any information just kept saying to wait . There is no help or information how to get help when the strip doesn’t work after taking pictures of it . When my wife got me some sample sticks I laughed at her, I now do the test twice a week.
I’m adapting my diet to to the feedback I’m receiving and I can say I feel great
The down side is that sticks are not available in retail pharmacies in Texas and we have to order online.Developer Response

The app recognizes your registered email and password but won’t take you beyond the login screen. There isn’t one place to go for support. So frustrating!
